Had an agent out to reprogram my home theater remote that the Dish Network installer screwed up when we switched to Dish service. Geek Squad guy identified the problem and fixed it in 10 min.

The agent was polite, answered all our questions, and made sure it all worked before leaving.

The agents had a problem programming the Harmony remote in order to make all components switch from TV to Movies. Problem was eventually solved.
