Man the techs are excellent did my truck real quick and it works perfectly. I accidently put it in valley mode and couldn't get it out just called them up and they got me right in and fixed it in going back in a couple weeks to get my stereo installed and they beat everyone's pricing by $50 bucks

My remote start installation was awesome! I bought the remote start elsewhere and was going to install it on my own. After reading the installation instructions i knew i was under qualified! Best buy installed it for me and it works great!

Great experience! The knowledge he had was amazing! I was so upset with Best Buy that my appointment was canceled more than six(6) times but Alas! This gentleman was amazing, he did my remote installation nicely and I am happy!

Service was very good but geek squad couldn't finish the job in 5 hours even with only the security alarm for the car. Have to schedule another appointment in the future for the remote start and finish the entire package for another 5 - 6 hours.

The alarm works well but since I got my remote start and alarm my tail light has a short in it.

My car remote start is fixed with geek squad , i was not properly fixed in the first attempt , I had to visit them again.

Works great and the range is great. My only complaint is that sometimes it says it worked but then my car starts then shuts right off, but that may just be an issue with my car. The installer ran into trouble but didn’t give up and got it taken care of. Great service. Even gave me personal cell to call if I had issues.

The BEST experience I've had by far for install with geek squad. The associate in charge of the install and walk thru of the procedure was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. THE INSTALL WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER BUT ALL THE CONNECTION WERE NOT DOUBLE CHECKED AND I DIDNT NOTICE TILL LATER I HAD NO TURN SIGNALS TOOK IT BACK AND THEY FIXED IT I CONNECTION WAS LOOSE
