Under delivered on expectations

I drove to another Best Buy and back in an hour, barely kept my appointment, and now have a poopy car starter that doesn’t seem to even function properly. I need to get it inspected, but am not ready to go back to poor service yet

Overall went well. But VW’s are a tough install
