The remote from your phone feature requires a monthly fee so to me it isn't worth it. BestBuy's online purchase policy only holds an item for 6 days so it canceled the order & didnt fully refund my credit card

Geek Squad team aren’t really trained properly

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had to reschedule a security alarm several times after getting a call from Geek Squad technicians themselves stating that they are not able to install the system on our 2006 Mini Cooper because they’re not trained and able to do the installation
