A free Best Buy exclusive SteelBook that really was the deciding factor for buying their RE2 Deluxe Edition, as I had found other retailers' exclusives to be too bloated and sans a SteelBook. It has a lovely matte finish to its creepy cover as well as the interior art of the sunburned cityscape of Raccoon City. I only wish they shrink-wrapped it, for as I received it there was already a scratch on the back. Aside from that, an absolute bully of a bonus!

I was fortunate to secure this steelbook case when I pre-ordered Resident Evil 2. I am proud to say that this brushed metal case with the ominous zombie mouth on the front is brilliant. If you are able to get this case then I suggest that you jump on it because it will look great on your display shelf.

Simply put, it's gorgeous. I had it pre ordered and then had to cancel. When I went to pre order again it sold out. I had to travel to a few stores, but I found one. It's one of my favorite steelbooks so far, it's a shame they're so difficult to find.

I really like this steelbook case. It not only looks great but it feels smooth and metallic. I also feel really lucky since it doesn't have any dents or deep scratches like the ones I've seen on Ebay. Thank You!

This case is very well made. Upon first glance, the design seems plain until you actually see it in person. It's simple yet somehow still manages to look great! The perfect companion to an amazing game.

If you were lucky enough to get your hands on one, congrats. It’s pretty cool, as steelbooks tend to be. I wouldn’t pay scalper prices though

Dissapointed with some cut content, removal of the zapping system from the original and very few parts where Leon & Claire interact with each other but this game is very well done, scary and fun.

The steel book is fantastic. Definitely worth the $10. It’s a great way to display an amazing game.

Well, as of my understanding I was under the impression there were only 2 of these per store. Somehow, I was lucky enough to get an extra copy of this and just happened to ask if there were any extra. It was a long shot seeing as the game had dropped a week earlier so many copies had already been sold. Glad I was able to get this and it looks great! Only thing is I have an extra RE2:Deluxe case laying around now.

Let me tell you what makes a great steelbook....... A nice clean matte finish. No gloss. Jesus knows I can't stand gloss. It's simplistic and causes no fingerprints to show. The design is quite awesome. If anyone rememberremembers back to the reveal trailer that's the first zombie. Options showed different colors. I was informed there was no other colors except for black.
