Right off the bat I wanna say that this isn’t an exact remake of the original Resident Evil 4. There are gameplay and story differences. In my opinion that is perfectly ok! Its a more modern take that cuts out a lot of the filler content and focuses on the story at hand. I found myself replaying this game 7 times within the first two-three weeks I’ve had it. The gameplay is addictive and satisfying and its a great modern action game that fits in with the current games a lot better in terms of tone and accessibility.

Very beautiful remake of this game I loved it when I played it first when they released in the 2000 era and now it’s more beautiful and more controlled nice work

This game continues Capcom's recent trend of taking excellent RE games of old and making them into something completely new and yet very familiar. If you played the original RE4 and enjoyed it you'll love this one too, BUT do not follow the game's suggestion and start in Hardcore mode lol. If you have never played RE4 but enjoyed more modern 3rd person survival horror games like the recent Dead Space remake, the RE2&3 Remakes, or the Evil Within franchise, then this will likely be a joy for you. Game took approx 25hrs to complete and that was while completing all "side quests".

Incredible remake at a great price. This was my first time playing RE4 and it was an entertaining game even though parts of it are quite challenging

Resident Evil 4 Remake is perhaps one of the most enjoyable and fun releases of the year. Between the success of the Dead Space remake and this remake I feel that survival horror in the mainstream is returning. The gameplay feels fantastic and enjoyable. I have beaten the game 4 times now and will beat it again as time goes on. Just like the original this game has endless replay value and is worth your money at full price and at sale. A must buy for anyone that is currently trying to pick up only the best titles on the current generation of consoles/PC.

Way better than original game and love using VR with it

Very good game is almost more equal story but it has a good graphic and I liked it a lot and fun all the time 10/10

Resident Evil 4 is, without a doubt, the best RE entry in the franchise. Great game!

A perfect survival horror experience and one of the greatest games of all time.

Same game but with changes that aim to please perfectly. New Weapons and Attacks for both Leon and the enemies. The Original was more Action horror that lacked the Survival element and this one has a Survival Element that keeps players on edge especially on the harder difficulty settings. In the prior versions we could store items of all kinds in storage but this version only allows one health item to be stored whereas all others will have to be stored in your main inventory or sold on the fly as inventory management is higher stakes in this game.

Never played the original. Played this and couldn't put it down. Great gameplay, monsters and story.

They did a really good job updating this game to a modern system. It made it a little bit less difficult than the original but kept most of it intact.

Good remake and gameplay its worth buying for resisdent evil fans

Best remake they’ve made so far! The graphics and animation sequences are amazing, some of the best you’ll find in video games today. This game still holds the same charm of the original, with the remake holding true to the same storyline but with a few improving differences. One major improvement was made to Ashley’s character, she is no longer insufferable and annoying without any depth. The puzzles are a bit harder than the original, but they definitely make you think. Definitely recommend this game!

Best RE game hands down. RE4 was already a masterpiece and they somehow delivered again. Excellent gameplay and revamped graphics. 10/10
