Built for next gen console, is a great masterpiece after being released almost 20 yrs ago.

This game plus the last two resident evil games remake (2 and 3) are the best this franchise has been. I had little to no faith in horror genre video games for a while. I never played the original games but I am sure these remakes did them justice and beyond. I would say resident evil 4 stands as the best of the three, it also pushes the series into more action genre which worked very here.

Originally, I didn't want this game to be remade, but decided to give it a shot cause why not. After playing...I love this game as much as I love the original RE4. The game also changes a good amount of things so there will still be surprises no matter how much you played the OG. Capcom has been absolutely unbeatable when it comes to quality of the games that they release.

This game is perfection in my opinion! Survival horror at its finest! I didnt even notice the things they cut out from the original as i guess they just werent that memorable compared everything else! My only gripe is that it sucks capcom didn’t give bestbuy options for the collectors edition! Gamestop exclusives need to go away after that blunder! All companies need to be able offer them!
