its better than resident evil 2 and 3 but I think resident evil village is still the best but I still recommend this game

had fun with this game it was hard at first but was a good game

This is trash. Don't waste your money. The controls don't transition to the new console well at all. Great game but not on ps5.

Bestbuy needs to have their review for services separate from the game because I have no problem with RE4, it is a great game. BestBuy services however, is not. I ordered the game as soon as preorder was allowed. Yet, it didn't come with a steelcase. I contacted BestBuy which they instructed to removed and re-add to see if it worked. It didn't. It also took away the actual pre-ordered bonus with it. 3 times on the phone they promised they could get me the steelcase. Yet, nothing happened. So they tricked me to believe it.

Came with no steelbook or dlc code, but there was a promotion for pre-orders online when I ordered it? Those 2 things were the only reason I purchased here and not anywhere else.

I am seeing many people online get their steelbook, but i didnt get mine nor could i order it seperately. Whats going on best buy?

Game itself is fantastic, but buying here was a mistake. They decided to take away my steelbook preorder last minute without warning and didn't even fulfill my preorder code. If you're gonna preorder something, probably best not to do it here.

Recieved my Game and Steelbook but no Pre-Order code after a whole day.

This game was simply not for me. As a remake of an older game, it’s extremely high quality, but I was hoping for a survival horror game, not an action horror game. It just didn’t grab me.

Absolutely horrible. Controls are so sloppy. It feels like I am playing a 3rd person shooter from the 90s. Too difficult even at the "normal" difficulty setting. Waste of $20

Pre ordered the game and it mentioned it came with DLC and a steelbook. Preordered and showed on my order the products that were awaiting. Day of release picked my order but didn't get the steelbook. Thought it would get here later. Nope, it was removed from the order. Disappointed

Absolutely fantastic game. Best buy however was awful. Preordered as I was very excited for this, and very excited to see it came with the steelcase as well. Confirmed with live support that it would come with this. When received did not get steelcase nor any of the preorder bonuses. Support at that point would not do anything.

Another reboot that has some graphics upgrades but over all still not as good as the old game cube version
