Loved everything about it, I wish I could say more, just great.

The package came in as expected and in great care.

It looks very dim. I dont know if its intentional or a misprint but if youre expecting it to look like it does in the advertised picture you will be disappointed.

I was really excited to get this, until I opened the box and saw how dull the colors are. I expected the colors to be so much better than this

So disappointed about the steel box quality the images washed out, the only reason that I pre order the game and didn't wait to get it later is to get the steel box,it looks cool in the images but the one I received it was washed out ,I am going to return both the game and the steel box I am not happy with the quality

The printing quality is horrible, i can't believe how bad it is. The European version is 5x better.this game deserved a high quality steelbook, the back can barely make out the image.

They don’t have a replacement it came damaged all dented and broke my first order the Best Buy rep online said they replace it never did not even can’t get buy another one on the site to replace it the item was already like 4 days late from fed ex

Pretty bummed. Went ahead and ordered 2 on day one, only for a sold out, hard to find item(s) to come to my home damaged.

It's just a steelbook but it looks so nice. I am not big on collector's editions, but if there is an artbook or a steelbook I opt to buy those. The artwork of Leon and Ashley on the front is so nice, you would otherwise not get it with the game case unless you got the steelbook. "Fear of missing out" maybe, but I have it :)

An absolutely steel-book for an amazing game! Love Leon and Ashley on the front, and the game itself is so much fun. Played it through 7 times for all of the achievements. So good.

Great placement of the artwork on this steelbook. Imagery displays just as great as the game quality. Nice detail and quality in the material.

People complaining on here about dull colors but this thing looks amazing! Free steelbook! Cant go wrong! Looks great with my steelbook collection.

Great collectible Steelbook, a must have for all the real Resident Evil fans. I still remember playing the beginning of this series on my Sony Playstation. Playing late at night with all the lights off and surround sound or headphones at a comfortable high volume to feel part of the S.T.A.R.S. team. I ended up getting a Nintendo GameCube only to be a able to play RE4 which was an exclusive to GameCube back then. Great to relive great memories. Thanks Best Buy for this Exclusive Steelbook!
