Dont get me wrong - i love resident evil, its a great franchise, but i think they tried to fix or improve too many things that were not broken. first off, there is no conceivable inventory system which i have come to expect from 4 and 5. While the gun upgrades in 5 were less than desireable than thhe system in 4, the upgrades in 6 are asolute garbage. you basicaly get these little "skills" that will "make handguns more powerful" - i dont like that at all. I like spending all my cash (another thing that does not exist in this game) on upgrading things like a cool shotgun. I find it too difficult to switch between weapons as well - i am only a few chapters in and have like 6 guns, its difficult to manage when shotgun, rifle, and machine gun all look too much the same - makes in combat swicthes too time consuming - leading to zombies grappling you and cutting health in half. lastly, this game has WAY TOO MANY quick time events - some of them are hard to keep up with even on normal - QTE's are not what makes these games fun and this is a classic example of them making this experience kinda lack luster. fans of RE 4 and 5 will likely be let down, whereas someone looking to start up again after say RE 2/3 may find it someone playable.+ My advise - rent before you buy. and have a good 1-2 hour playtime penciled in, because even though you can "SAVE" at any time - it seems to start you way back at the start of the chapter - kiss your 45-60 mins goodbye...ditch this system and bring back the typewriters...at least then i know where i will be when i die!

Wish it was more like RE4 because it had a much darker atmosphere about it, you can only select 3 skills at a time which is ridiculous! For example, "You select unlimited ammo for the shotgun, assault rifle, and sniper rifle. And for some reason you need unlimited ammo for the handgun or semi auto hand machine gun, you now have to press select and switch skills why'll you're in live combat or whatever risking death or failing an objective. This is really ridiculous to me! Other than that, good game, highly recommend that they go back to the older ways like in re4 and re5!

I am a huge Resident Evil fan and this one is pretty. The newer RE games have kinda steered away from the key element: surivival horror to action. Survival horror is what made Resident Evil. Solid game tho

Worth the price, game is old but extremely fun to couch coop with a friend. Three storylines with about 5 hours each line.

It's always great to find a game that does not require you to buy 2 or more copies for multiplayer action. The Resident Evil franchise is always exciting and the fact that I can sit with my son and play together without another copy is a bonus.

It's a great game, series keeps getting better for me; can't wait to see the next game that they will make in the future.

I'm not sure why so many people disliked this game. 3 campaigns that overlap and feel unique, excellent atmosphere and great action. It's not what I remember Resident Evil to be (RE1/2 era) and is way more action-oriented but there is great variety in gameplay and online coop is excellent. There's multiplayer but I haven't even looked at it - I come for story. It's a blast - easily worth the discounted price you can find it for now.

The graphics for the game is great and the price is right.

I haven't actually played this one yet, but am looking forward to listening to my son laugh when I start racking up the achievements. I usually not much for zombies or shooters, but for under $10 new, I was happy to grab a copy of something different to add to my collection.

Great storyline; fun game to play with your friends or online; not too hard to play at all.

Ammo, ammo, PLEASE GIVE ME MORE AMMO!!! i guess that's part of the allure of RE games. Always running low or OUT of ammo. Makes for frantic but fun gameplay.

Just the right amount of all out creepiness without the crapiness! Just started playing but this will keep me going for a while.

This had a lot if viliiencecand swear words in it:( but its ok to play! Kills time when bored and have nothing better to do! Then can play this!

I am not usually a video game player but wanted to try this. I love the graphics and it is challenging enough to keep me wanting to play it. I love the characters so far and can't wait to continue playing all characters. The zombies look real and just a great game!!!!!

It's OK game. Resident evil has been in decline over the past few years but at this price point it's worth giving it a try.
