Already broken

I have never had this happen with any phone charger in the past, including another ReTrak product that I have been using. I bought this one because it was longer. I have had this one for less than a month and the small piece broke off from the cord and was stuck in my phone. It was very difficult to get out of my phone. Hopefully this one was just a fluke.

Disappointing and A Waste of Money

I discovered this when it unlocked and retracted while my phone was still plugged in, and the piece that inserts into my phone was ripped out, rendering the entire cord completely useless. It had such potential but turned out to be a waste of my money.

This cord has great flexibility

Handy charger that is compact and travel-ready

He likes this one much better, because the cord is longer (but retracts so that it is compact and handy for travel). These are hard to find, so I was tickled to find it at Best Buy! Great product at a fair price.
