For me, I had problems (after about a week) with the button actually snapping the picture, so I still had to reach up, hit the button, but set as a timer to allow my hands time to get back by my side--which kinda defeats the purpose. Maybe I just have a defect?

Not too shabby

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very sturdy, but wouldn't trust using it in a situation where I could potentially lose my phone and/or camera (ie ziplining, surfing, etc). Overall, great product.... especially since I got it on sale for $4.99!!!
