Won't retract

The image shows the most retracted it goes compared to how retracted it was in the package. I even made sure not to pull it all the way to its limit because I read the reviews that said it would break if you stretched it too far. The way the cord wraps around the spindle makes it very easy to tangle on itself. The entire assembly is also much larger than I had imagined.

Nice no tangle cord

This cord sucks

I really expect longer use from a cord, especially a cord I payed $16 for. I would not trust this cord.
