Worth the Money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was going back and forth trying to decide if I wanted to save money and not get the Samsung version as I have a note 5. This works great! I simply wanted to play around with VR as I'm not a gamer. Very cool accessory and works great with the Samsung Note 5.

Fun gadget
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cool VR easy to install, I tried using with both android and apple and it definitely worked better with apple. Fun experience but you have to pace yourself, suing it for a long period of time gave me a headache.

Limited field of view, tiny/incorrect instructions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My biggest disappointment with the Retrak - Utopia 360° Immersive Experience was its limited field of view. It was like looking at the wide world through a 4" black PVC pipe. With little/no peripheral vision, I had to turn my head to gain much of a sense of "virtual reality". Instructions were so small that I had to enlarge them to 200% to read. Even then, the diagrams are insufficient in that the poorly marked buttons on the remote control appeared to be in conflict with the basic on/off function. While the instructions, as distributed, are small enough to be kept as a reference for control of the VR headset & sound, they are not readable even after the headset is removed, which is exacerbated by the numerous unmarked buttons on the remote.

Worked well, but fragile, had to return my 1st one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've looked at a few VR headsets, and this one is good because you can adjust the eyepieces both ways - front to back, and interocular distance (between the eyes), which many VR units don't have, but which is important. I would highly recommend this VR headset because it has several features that many in its price class don't have, including the remote control. The only problem I had was that the instructions said to press the button on top of the headset for certain functions. The first time I pressed it, it became stuck in the headset and wouldn't spring back. I tried, but couldn't get it to pop back up, so I returned it to Best Buy for exchange. I haven't used the new one yet, but I'm sure it will work fine if I don't press the button so hard.

1 Star - For Lack Of Lower Rating
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was unable to pair with iPhone 6s or 8; slot for phone did not fit 6s Plus and holder presses on phone buttons all the time and messes with screen lock and volume; holder will scratch your phone! Cheap material - device button sank and stuck after pressing it just 2 (two) times - I am a woman and very careful with handling electronics; was able to get it to pair with an older Android phone but never got the remote control to work. Total waste of time, energy and money.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially I was impressed with my first VR product. It is really cool and this product worked great. Past tense. The tabs that hold the phone are fragile and broke the first week I owned it. I never found an app that used the remote so it was a waste of money. The Bluetooth headphones are nice and sound good. Zero support. I went into Best Buy to get a competitors product and found that I paid $10 too much. The price was different in different Best Buys stores.

Decent VR on the cheaper side
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's fun and works. Only downfall is finding apps that are compatible and I haven't found a use for the joystick yet. However, It's fun and works are intended.

Entertaining
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My grandsons entry into virtual reality. Peaked his interest enough to bamboozle me into buying him a PS4 VR headset. For the price, this is entertaining.

Not bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a bad pair of glasses for the price. I think it is more about finding the right app to go with them. My 10 year old son thinks they are the coolest thing ever.

Reasonably price VR for the beginner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a Christmas gift for a grandchild; not on his list, so a surprise. Once all gifts were opened, this was the "go to"; got to try it now. It was a hit that then have everyone wanting to try it. Much like the TV commercials, it was a source of laughs for everyone as they observed the one using it. I was concerned if the price would deliver a comfortable, easy-to-use, quality VR experience. It delivered!
