product was good and enjoyed by 13 year old daughter

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It was easy for her to use, and there are a lot of free games for her to play. To my surprise, she loves the virtual tours the best, and spends a lot of time on virtual roller coasters. There are definitely better ones out there, but for someone on a budget, this is perfect.

The VR is good - some face sizes, like mine, this headset doesn't fit perfectly... the eye alignment is a little off. But it works for many games. The earbuds work well, fit a little awkward, and I've had no luck at all with the little bluetooth controller working with any app - it also seems to shut off all the time. That's why only a 3 star rating

Getting the controller to work is tough. There's not many apps.

I found this headset to be comfortable for long sessions. It holds the smartphone securely and is as good as plastic can get. The Bluetooth earbuds work great too. The controller it not robust and suffers the same problem any plastic game controller does. Use it gently.

Product not very good in my opinion.The unit is not very sturdy.Feels cheap.

We can't get the remote to do anything and there are no helpful instructions. The staff knew NOTHING about the product and could not tell us anything beyond reading the side of the package to us. Hoping to have a spare couple of hours to try and figure it out.

We had a big Christmas! I said that to say the kids spent most of their time playing with the VR headset. It is very comfortable and meets the needs of the children. Of course there are some that cost more for serious gamers that are better. It is the perfect headset for kids to start with.

My daughter got this as an early Christmas present and enjoys it. Package came with Bluetooth headset and controller. It is a bit trickier to find games that controller works with.

I purchased the Utopia 360 bundle for my grandson for Christmas. It was a huge success. My grandson (age 13) loves it. My 3 year old granddaughter tried it. Even the adults were having fun with it. Great value; fun for all ages!

My husband bought it for our girl because she really wanted it for Christmas. While not the best, it’s not he worst. She has not used it much, but her brothers have and they say it gives them headaches. My husband wasn’t too happy with the quality either, but it was to be expected due to price.

I tried to set this up and it is not working properly. I cannot get the picture evenly in the viewer. So it will sit until someone is able to check it out for me. Unable to take it back so don't buy it without trying it first.

Bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it!

This is a good mini-fridge for the price. There is nothing fancy about this item but for an office refrigerator it works just fine. The section on the door is great for canned items but if you don't drink soda or juice in a can there is very limited space on the door.

Great inexpensive product that works well. Unable to use the Bluetooth remote well as specified, but can manage without it.

This didn't fit over my glasses. The manual recognized that potential and recommended that I invest in contacts. Maybe it works great; I can't complain about it. But since I am not going to buy contacts just to play with virtual reality, I returned this.

I bought this item for my daughter for her to get to know how to use it and with the purpose of upgrading to a better quality later on which definitely I will be getting it because this one doesn't have the best picture quality.

Was disappointed - would not work with iPhone and had to take off iPhone cover to even put in devise. Would recommend to someone that didn't have iPhone.
