I bought this for a third grader and they love having fun with it

Found this for my son and he loves it! He has an iPod so finding one that worked with what he had was a little difficult. iPod fits perfectly and works great. Only problem we have is that the remote doesn’t seem to want to work for one of the apps but that may just be user error.

As a device, it’s good enough, but the lack of Apps with good media option could be a serious problem

Unfortunately, this device did not work on our phones, as we do not have the gyroscope feature needed. I would still rate the product as excellent, because it is well made, easy to use and comfortable to wear. The limited usage we had showed that it had the potential o be an enjoyable visual experience, but we did not get the full effects. This review might be more on the service and exchange experience, which was outstanding. We repacked it in the original box, and were given full credit with few questions asked. We could have opted for cash back, but instead went for an exchange to a different product, and all went very smoothly. As always, our local Best Buy is one of the best stores to shop in, with incredible staff, extra clean and comfortable settings, the entire store is above average in every detail.

This is a novelty and worked soso. It is OK quality. I probably won’t want to buy another one ever.

I like it specially on games or movies and exciting for me

I got this in a daily deal so I could try out VR with my iPhone 7 Plus. The unit is entirely plastic, so it isn’t heavy and doesn’t weigh your head down while in use. That was probably the only plus for the unit. First off, your phone or device is held In by a tiny magnet. Niece I jerked my head to fast and it opened up and sent my phone flying (onto the carpet luckily). Second, the description indicates that it should be able to fit an iPhone 7/8 plus. Technically it does, but not securely. It maxes out the bracket and never really sits in it flush. I tried using my daughter’s iPod and it was much more secure, but you could see daylight through the viewfinder which ruins the whole experience. It might work best with an standard iPhone or similar sized device.

Not bad for the price that I paid. Remote that came with headset does not work and feels cheap.

For this price, this item is a great way to enter the VR world. I think this would be exceptionally worth it if you know you won't be playing with the VR headset often. Buy this to get started, then invest in something of higher quality if you want to pursue this further.

Very entertaining, good quality at a reasonable price. The visual effects are remarkable!

If spending on a budget this is the one to get for sure

Lightweight and nice design. Works well with medium sized smartphones. Adjustable headband, multiway viewing while using the included Bluetooth remote control. Simple, fun, and user friendly.

Get bored very quick. Controller doesn’t work very well.

The build quality is ok, comfortable to wear. Includes phone mounting tray, which is a plus compared to some other models. I couldn't give it more stars as the included bluetooth controller was pretty useless in practical application of navigating the apps when the phone is in VR tray.

My little sister wanted a VR headset like the I had but of course she isn’t really capable of playing VR. I found this one much cheaper and she thought we were the same.

The Re-Trak Utopia 360° is nicely made, and can accommodate a Plus series iPhone however the viewing is a little off because the phone is larger. No fault of the product, but there are limited apps for the iPhone that compares to the quality of the VR viewers made for Samsung

I purchased this last year for my kids they really enjoyed using this device to the point I had to purchase a second one it has good picture quality. I like how Retrak utopia has a variety of virtual reality games & videos Aldo it’s very affordable
