The VR set is heavy on the head and constantly droops. It lacks any sort of outside button so you will find yourself taking it off, opening it up, aiming the screen, and tapping to continue in VR apps. The way the mount is set up it constantly hits the power and volume buttons on the phone, I even messed with the included foam inserts to try and get it to stop but I guess an s4 is too wide cause even with the foam off the buttons they are still constantly pressed. Overall a terrible product who's own QR code calibrations fail to even notice the lack of a outside button. Avoid this product entirely.

I bought three on sale intending to gift the other two. When I tried to use it on my phone (Galaxy S9+) the switch on the controller was stuck that changes it to Android, then broke as I kept trying to move it. I opened another box and got the switch to move this time, but the controller didn't do anything on screen. I returned all three.

For the price it really is worth it! Others out there have better features, but the apps are not even that advanced for the gadgets. It was a good buy, look forward to seeing movies with it. Saw one and it was pretty awesome.

Pros: Ok, it has lenses and a mount that allows you to view 3d content on your phone. Move your head around and it moves with you. Cons: Incredibly cheap button on the top for interacting with 3d content. First thing you need to do with Google cardboard is press a "button" to activate content and continue to interact with it. The button just sticks a probe out to simulate a finger press on this model...except it hardly works and often gets stuck. I had to keep opening it up and unjamming it with a screwdriver. Cheap plastic and spring loading design means you'll quickly get distracted with frustration and will render any cardboard demo immediately broken. You'll be staring at 3d, but it won't do anything as you turn your finger red trying to press this piece of flimsy plastic just right to try to activate without jamming... save your money and don't ruin your first 3d experience on this thing. Bottom line: paying $10-$30 for a google cardboard 3-D experience, you of course have to temper your expectations...in the case of this product though you will quickly grow frustrated. Keep looking

This works very good and is comfortable only wish there would be more apps

Bought this on a whim with the blue tooth earbuds. Opened the box and no earbuds. Box says it can handle any phone 4"-6". Checked my phone size on the box and it was all good, but when I put it in, the clips don't hold the phone well, and the front won't close. It is just a magnetic clasp and it won't make good contact. Guess it is going back.

First off I own an iPhone 7 plus. While it does fit, it tends to hit the volume and power buttons often when installed. The opening for the camera is not large enough and the view gets cut off. I wear glasses. Apparently because I don't wear very, very small tight fitting frames this headset very nearly bent my frames till they snapped. The only recourse offered from the company is "wear contacts". I can't wear contacts due to my prescription. So I took my glasses off and tried to at least see if this headset worked properly. That's a big negative. The fact that you can see the sides removes any form of immersive aspect of VR. it's basically like watching a movie in a theater. Completely underwhelming product and I will be returning it for a refund. Please while you may feel the need to go out and attempt purchasing a lower cost VR experience I assure you it's not worth it.

I bought it for my nephew for the holidays. He couldn't stop using it.

Doesn't work with most Google cardboard apps because of the fact that there is no trigger. The remote is definitely not a replacement for the trigger.

I read the box and it said it was compatible with the IPHONE. The App Store on the IPHONE does not support this product! I had to take it back

Purchased for family includes kids under 9. The viewer is very comfortable that's about it. The action button on top is hard to push doesn't work and you have to have this to select options on screen. So in this case the viewer doesn't work. Also light leak is annoying I can see the whole phone and edges. I'm using an iPhone 6 and an LG. The Bluetooth headset and remote will not pair up. Just not happy with experience. Will return for a better model.

I bought this for my 13-year-old's birthday. The button on the top broke nearly right out of the box. We live quite a distance from Best Buy and do not know when I am going to be able to get back to Best Buy to return it. The challenge is, they have a 2-week window to return. Now that he has opened it, we only have a few days. It would cost me more in fuel to make the special trip to return than it would to just buy a new one.

I love it , it has great apps , works with every phone but doesent feel like a good quality product . But hey it works flawlessly

The quality on this unit is spectacular and works great with any smart phone. This product is worth every penny of the price

I gifted this device to my daughter and she was very excited with it. Happy with my election!

After a fair bit of struggle, I got some of it to work. The only thing I got to work was some videos we downloaded. Demo mode and controller did not work at all. Not user friendly.

my son likes this, he seems to have lot's of fun with it.

This would be good for a child between 5-10 so he/she can play with downloaded apps and won't mind the repeated scenes and characters. Box never indicates an age the product is for but I guarantee you it's not for an adult. Good for kids.

Very poor quality and cheap plastic feel, I'm sure it will completely useless after few days use. Headstrap came off in my first use. No wonder it was dead cheap offer.
