Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the Utopia 360° Virtual Reality Headset's price and the virtual reality experience it provides, also noting its ease of use. However, negative feedback frequently cites issues with phone compatibility and controller functionality, with some users also reporting problems with the remote and headset fit. Many found the VR experience enjoyable for the price. The headset's compatibility with various phone models appears to be a significant concern.

I bought this for my roommate's daughter. Upon trying to set it up for her I was disappointed at the quality. This might be due to the fact that I have a Samsung Gear VR and have yet to find anything close to its' quality. As I only paid $10, I don't consider it a big loss.

We bought this for our son. His phone ended up not being compatible. We thought about upgrading his phone and found that most phones aren't compatible. Your phone must have gyroscoping. iPhones and higher end model smart phones have gyroscope. We tried this out on my iPhone and it was amazing. But we can't find a phone to get for my son so he would be able to use it. The description says "a wide variety" of phones are compatible. I'm finding that not to be true. I'm not spending hundreds of dollars on a phone for my child. I rated this 5 stars because the product is awesome, but only if your phone is compatible.

Utopia 306 is a great hands free virtual reality set making your virtual experience even more enjoyable by not having to press buttons around your face, you can just use the joy stick to control your device.

"You get what you pay for." This is my first one, so I have nothing to compare it to and I did not want to pay too much for what would turn out to be a gimmick. After using it for a day to see what was new in VR capabilities/quality, it still just seemed more of a gimmick than useful. The only issue I had with the product itself was that the plastic clips that hold the phone in are not very sturdy; I snapped one off almost immediately. Well, that and one of the sat directly on my phones volume button which always turned the volume all the way down (why couldn't that have been the one to snap off).

Works decent but these devices have a longer way to go before they make it to the video game quality that you're use to on your TV. Great inexpensive Xmas or birthday gift for the kid or adult who has everything.

The title of this review says it all. If you buy this expecting an experience like the high priced gamer's VR units, you will be sorely disappointed. If you take it for what it is, a nifty toy, you'll have fun with it.

Product definitely good bang for your buck. Did research before buying so I’m happy with purchase compared to more expensive models at store. Only wish there was a larger variety of quality apps for product.

I got this as an entry-level foray into VR. This and others work best with newer high-resolution phones. The field of vision is a bit narrow, but I didn't pay 200, either! The button in the middle actually taps the screen, an action command used in some apps (not the latch for the phone door, like I originally thought). The instructions are minimal, but don't throw them out The spring-loaded clips to hold the phone may interfere with the phone's volume and power buttons (i have to be careful loading the phone or it goes into Mute or tries to turn off). Still, it's fun. I don't feel like I wasted money. Would recommend for people who have not tried VR concept before.

I bought this item for my ten year old nephew. For the deal of the day price at 9.99, I couldn’t have gotten a better deal. The remote did not connect properly, otherwise it would have been 5 Stars.

The VR headset is an excellent by and works very well. Easy to set up and videos are easy to find on YouTube. The remote control though it's a little hard to work.
