Customers express satisfaction with the Utopia 360° Virtual Reality Headset's price and the virtual reality experience it provides, also noting its ease of use. However, negative feedback frequently cites issues with phone compatibility and controller functionality, with some users also reporting problems with the remote and headset fit. Many found the VR experience enjoyable for the price. The headset's compatibility with various phone models appears to be a significant concern.

not for samsung phones

Overall the goggles serve the purpose they are suppose to, but they dont work well with samsung phones. The main problem with the goggles is the location of the piece that secures the phone. When the phone is lined up for proper viewing, the piece that holds the phone is right on top of the power button. As you can imagine the phone powered off almost every time. Even though the box says it is compatible with samsung phones, I would not recommend them if you have a samsung phone.

Very cool VR Headset and a super great value for the price. It is even sweater that it comes with a bluetooth controller for glass and other VR games in the appstore.

out of the box it is hard to get it to match up with your phone and it is different to use the joystick rather than the side controls on other VR goggles we had used. but for the money not bad.

The construction and functionability of the device is pretty good. The remote is nothing to brag about. Not that many apps are compatible with the remote. I wouldnt pay more than 25.00 for this item.

Not the greatest quality, but compared to smililarly priced headsets I would say they are on par. They do nit work well with a lg g7, but work better with the lg v35.

I got this as a birthday gift. From r a 60 year old? Ok.... it works. But hard to get phone in place if you have a case on the phone. My sons just has an area to put the phone and is much better.

Always wanted to try one of those. It was on sale and we got it w/o any high expectations. It is some fun but still way behind likes of Samsung VR (and this coming from an Apple user...).

I bought these for older teens and they had fun with them. They got a little frustrated trying to figure out exactly how to work them but overall they enjoyed them! Worth the money!

Bought this for my husband and son and they absolutely love it. Can't get them to put it down. You actually feel like you're on a roller coaster when you're watching amusement park gaming

My husband go the Oculus just before my son received this for Christmas and the quality doesn't compare; though I didn't really expect it to. However, this is a good starter VR for a 9 year old.

The headsets are decent and it takes a while to get the right setting.
The bluetooth remove will require AAA battery but I've not found too much use of it.

After trying the SAMSUNG VRHeadset in store, we were sold! Unfortunately, we are iPhone people so the Samsung was not compatible. We tried this as a substitute and let me tell you, there is NO comparison. It may have been ok if we had not tried the Samsung first. But this platform uses Google cardboard (whereas Samsung has their own VR apps...just for Samsung). The Cardboard apps are poor quality optics compared to the Samsung. I'm not sure why Apple has not released their own VR. I think it would be a huge success. But until then, we are just going to skip VR.

ehh. it was just okay. for the price it was just okay. not entirely uncomfortable but nothing spectacular. Bought different 'cheap" VR headsets from vatious places to get a taste of VR. I bought all the way from a $5 set to this Headset. Some VR sets are painful on the nose or head. THis one was not. Had some nice VR apps to go with and check out some vids. BUTTTT cant see myself spending all my time using what is essentially just a VIEWER like those old disc viewers. Took it back . I will wait til I can afford the Oculus.

This VR headset is great the only problem is that with my iPhone 6 you can see out the sides of it. It would probably work a lot better with a bigger phone though. Overall great purchase.

You don't need to buy the expensive brand name to experience the 360 view.
At the beginning is a little complicated to set up, but once you get the hang of it, works beautifully.
