Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the Utopia 360° Virtual Reality Headset's price and the virtual reality experience it provides, also noting its ease of use. However, negative feedback frequently cites issues with phone compatibility and controller functionality, with some users also reporting problems with the remote and headset fit. Many found the VR experience enjoyable for the price. The headset's compatibility with various phone models appears to be a significant concern.

Immersive and comfortable head piece, had some trouble with mounting my Moto X. App features work well! Bluetooth controller is a completely useless joke.

I like this and understand its what I paid for but, I just do t like the awkwardness of adjusting phone when it’s in the unit. Apps compatible are very few.

It's cool to have a VR headset for Apple/Android apps, but there are VR headsets for that and more, meaning it gets the job (and only the job) done.

Quality is pretty good compared to Samsung brand but Samsung fits better and does not let light come in. This one does.

I am not a pro with VR. But it is an ok product for the Price. You get product for what you pay. Beginners can survive.

It doesn’t fit my iPhone 8 Plus easily. Controls are ok. I got if for under $5 so price point is ok for me. Just for the kids to try VR

Not so great. But you get what you pay for. I would recommend going for a far better VR experience. For children this is a good choice.

I like this, because it does what I need it to. However, the controller just doesn't do it for my phone. It's probably just me, so this is great for the price.

No longer sold VR headset. For these, they're not quite comfy and it takes up a lot of space. These are more for friendly young kids that want to watch or game using this VR. I have not used the controller as it does not function well when paired with your phone. The utopia 360 has a zoom and zoom out feature for lens. It's like 1-2 lbs when wearing.

Unless you have a phone that has a gyro, don't waste your money. None of these VR headsets will work properly. It sure would have been nice for the manufacturers to include this info with their ads.

Seems OK for the price, doesn't work with all phones (not the products fault), but needs to state better that the cardboard app only works with certain devices.
