Customers express satisfaction with the Utopia 360° Virtual Reality Headset's price and the virtual reality experience it provides, also noting its ease of use. However, negative feedback frequently cites issues with phone compatibility and controller functionality, with some users also reporting problems with the remote and headset fit. Many found the VR experience enjoyable for the price. The headset's compatibility with various phone models appears to be a significant concern.

If you just want to see what VR is. Try this out for a good price. pretty impressive. I used with my Bose headphones and it was amazing. will not fit a note 9 or probably any of the plus phones. big hassle removing when you have over the ear headphones but maybe some pods would be a great combination

Gave this to our 17 year old daughter for Christmas. She enjoyed using it, and the virtual reality is realistic. But it does have a few set backs. One, she has to remove her iPhone 6 case to be able to close the viewer door. Second, she also has to remove her glasses to use the viewer. Both her and her friend received headaches while using it. I'm not sure why or if the headaches will go away after she has used the viewer longer.

The lenses are not clear, the headset is not secure when wearing it, bigger phones will not fit in the frame, the magnet is not strong enough so do not put heavy phones into the headset.
the controller does not connect to phone easily.

My hubby really enjoyed this, and we all get quite a laugh watching him! He probably won't use it a ton, so the deal of the day price was perfect for this gift.

Happened to buy pretty cheap during a sale and have enjoyed the product. Did not have much expectation but it worked well. It is easy to set up and use and phone fits well. We still continue to enjoy the VR experience. Before buying Costly branded ones, this can be used to get a beginner experience. Worth the price.

I tried several VR headsets while I was in the store and this one was equal to the $100 sets at a quarter of the cost.

These are pretty cool. I downloaded a couple VR Games from Google play. There is a space VR that is cool for a few minutes. Kinda disappointed in the blue tooth controller. Seems like the fire button isn't always in the danger place. If you orient the controller properly on your hand the joystick works pretty good.

The remote that came with one of my units had a broken switch, but overall it the head unit comfortable for the price (about $5 on sale). It holds my iPhone XS Max with no real problem so far. The adjustment straps are Velcro so I am not sure how it will hold up overtime, but as a cheap alternative to the google cardboard it will suffice. Get it on sale.

So, this is a great entry level VR headset but it's not the most sturdy high quality product. You get the value you pay for and given how inexpensive they are, they are good to just have some quick VR experiences. I can see these not lasting though under heavy usage. The button sticks which is used to navigate. It's easily fixable but requires removing and opening the phone panel.

If you want to try out the world of VR you can't go wrong with these. I have a bigger phone ( Samsung Galaxy Note 8) and it just barely fits so the adjustment is maxed out resulting in possible adjustment problems...The included remote works, I guess, but it might not work in certain applications...Other than that, they are what you pay for...they work

Does the job. Controller is worthless but the headset is ok. Can't beat the prices.
