I bought this because the ones I wanted they did not have. The sale guy told me that these were good. I used them twice and they broke. I did not return them because I live over an hour away from best buy. Do not buy.

I'm a pretty tech savvy guy but couldn't get this product to work. I couldn't get the "touch" button on the headset to work and I couldn't get the bluetooth controller to work. It is my opinion the unit is broken.

I buy a lot of stuff at bestbuy but this is the first time that i got dissapointed with the item.this virtual reality utopia model is like a piece of junk.the apps are limited.the quality is not good.

Bought this for my 12 year old son to play games with. The tabs that hold your phone in place broke the first time he put his phone in it. Don't waste your money on this. Pay a little more and get something that's usable.

If you want to really enjoy VR get ready to spend some money on a nicer headset or just forget it all together. The cheap ones like this are terrible! We have returned 2. Waste of time & money.

Controller is very cheap and didn't work. This was a Christmas gift and therefore disappointing for the child that received it. Checked with a friend who bought one and their controller works "sometimes".

If you do not have a newer android version, it will not work. Which it does not tell you that. If you had a more recent android version, you probably wouldn't be buying an off_ brand viewer.

We couldn't get the action button to work on our iPhones. No matter what we did. The controller wouldn't work either. Was able to get it connected with Bluetooth. But never worked. Returned them.

Not satisficed. It's really heavy. I got neck pain after watching 30 minutes of movie . I bought two of them. I left them in the Gurage.

I bought this because I had Best Buy points and basically got it for $5. It is ok for the normal price and you can watch some cool stuff. But it is not great quality!

If you want to burn your retinas, then buy this! Listen it’s no oculus. Spend the extra money and get a quality product.

My son figured out the button was not making contact. Best Buy would not replace it or give him $ back. Said he had to deal with manufacturers. So disappointed in Best Buy service!

It’s not all good, all broken parts. Device doesn’t hold the phone properly , always comes off the holder

Waste of money - kind of useless gadget. Didn’t have the patience to use the Bluetooth because the goggles were substandard so just dumped them

Not even worth the $3 I spent on it. Feels terribly cheap, pieces broke off the first time I tried testing it. Definitely would not recommend

This thing does not work at all. Tried to return it and was unable to. Will shop at Target from now on.

It was so long ago when I first purchased and returned this but it wasn't good. From what I can remember the navigation part was terrible. That's why it was so cheap

Your sales person sold me this item along with a phone and said it would work. Gave to my grand daughter and it still does not work. Told my daughter to return.

I don't know honestly if it was defective or just didn't work well with the iPhone 6s. The action button did not work and you could see light coming through on the sides
