The oven and stove came damaged. Best Buy was great and their willingness to let me use the stove in the condition it was in. They came back and replaced it with a new one

Best Buy made my return easy. I purchased a smaller TV and then realized I needed a larger one. They picked up the smaller one and installed the larger one.

I had a pretty decent experience purchasing large appliances from best buy such as TV, washer and dryer. Their price and delivery services triumph all their competitors. Wish they have a even better returning policy but can't have them all.

This was very good service as we were having an issue with a dryer we bought, but it urns out it was not the dryer it was a breaker problem. The return service was great.

The guys on the Geek Squad was on schedule to pick up a delivery that was in the wrong color. They delivered the right color dishwasher and picked up the wrong colored one.

Truly have had the best shopping experience so far with my local Best Buy. Have had the privilege of working with people in-store, delivery and installation crews and customer support. All in all, can't be beat!

Return was processed on time, and the Best Buy staff was very professional and helpful. Appliance came damaged when purchased so it had to be returned.

Very friendly crew. Emailed and called, now is able to narrow the delivery time from 7am to 1pm to 11am to 1pm. This is pretty nice and saved me hours to go to work instead of waiting.
