    Delivery as excepted, except that they installed flimsy rubber hoses and not the stainless steel hoses I paid for. Called customer service to correct the problem.

    the delivery guys seemed very rushed. I was watching them install the washer, and as they were removing the old one I thought they didn't notice the hoses were a bit short to just "pull out": the washer and remove and tried to say something and the gentleman said " I have been doing this a while relax! " They did install everything jsut fine but again it was like we gotta go do the next job !! so if you use the install service just DO make sure YOU WATCH them closely
