This was very good service as we were having an issue with a dryer we bought, but it urns out it was not the dryer it was a breaker problem. The return service was great.

Bought a display dishwasher that had a couple parts missing. The store sent out a brand new one as soon as they could. Return and redelivery was easy.

Return was processed on time, and the Best Buy staff was very professional and helpful. Appliance came damaged when purchased so it had to be returned.

Initial washer received had an issue with door seals. Best Buy was back in 2 days with a new unit and completed repeat installation without problems.

The guys on the Geek Squad was on schedule to pick up a delivery that was in the wrong color. They delivered the right color dishwasher and picked up the wrong colored one.

Unfortunately I had to Use this service however it was painless and very efficient. I would totally recommend it if you needed to return something.

Very friendly crew. Emailed and called, now is able to narrow the delivery time from 7am to 1pm to 11am to 1pm. This is pretty nice and saved me hours to go to work instead of waiting.

The guys delivering the product and picking up the other unit were very knowledgeable about the products, set them up and made sure everything was operating properly before they left.

The return went really well.... defective TV was exchanged, and new TV was installed expeditiously. Cleanup was thorough and customer service was great.

It was an easy process to have our washer replaced. The unit had a cosmetic flaw when they delivered it. The guys who delivered it were very efficient.
