    The guys came to pick up a washer and dryer I no longer needed. They were very professional and made sure to not damage any of my walls or trim.

    This process is real simple at Best Buy. There is no hassle when returning and everything was smooth when my service reps were there to assist.

    My issue is the Best Buy customer Service. They are horrible!!! I bought several products but never had to return. It was a nightmare !! Not Best Buy sales representative in store.

    We had to return a large appliance and Best Buy made it hassle free! Often, stores make you jump through hoops but not Best Buy!
