I first discovered this game company at the launch of the PS4. I am 50 and love arcade shooters. Resogun was one of my favorite games on PS4. This game is a marvel of modern gaming. The colors are incredible on my oled. The HDR is incredible. If you enjoy bullet hell then this one is for you.

This is a great amazing PS5 exclusive. It is a rogue like game where whenever you die you have to start from the beginning again. The game is difficult but that’s what makes it so addicting. Sony does it again with another awesome exclusive.

Was really looking forward to this one, love the aesthetics which was clarly inspited from Aliens and Prometheus. Graphics are pretty and gameplay is very fun, but its far outweighed by the idiotic level of difficulty. Every time you die you start at the beginning with no save points, and lose your gear and weapons. After hours of frustration beating the first level, or biome, when you die in the second level you still start back at the beginning of the first level. Its infuriating and unfairly difficult, and never saw a game so make you not want to try due to lack of save points. The gameplay is fun but the creators are idiotic for making this game so unfair and frustrating, absolutely not worth the ridiculous 70$, would maybe try it if you coyld get it for 40 bucks.

Gets very addicting once you get past the initial struggle. Such a good game. Exploration, lore, the aspect of discovering new items and upgrades to take on the challenging environment got me wanting to come back constantly.

Beautiful sound and visual design. Brutally hard, especially the 5th area. A bit overly esoteric in its story tell, but still very engrossing. I put about 50 hours into it until beating the final boss.

Amazing game. Super difficult. Im not into dark souls at all but i love this game! It succeeds where dark spuls fails, the story is awesome and the game is super engaging. Something new and unique

The game looks amazing and has great sound and haptic feedback. It is however the most frustrating game ive ever played. Not really sure how all of these people claim to like the game but check the actual game trophy stats, less than 40% of the people who've played managed to beat the 2nd, yes 2nd boss. So less than 1/2 the people playing even scratched the surface of the game. That are terrible odds of success. Skip this one for sure.

Do not buy this game, you will higjly be disappointed, it will not let you save your progress, you cannot build your player to fight bosses, when you die it starts all over. Do not lisen to IGN or GAMESPOT saying this game highly reviewed. Its just as bad as cyberpunk. If you want to waist endless hours looping back to the beginning feel free but if you are smart with your money do not buy it. Thats why it never had a demo because the producers of this game knew if you played it first you would not buy it.

A beautiful dark world with secrets to discover and amazing shooting experience.

If you enjoy, going down A LOT, then look no further. great looking, cool story, but death to wins isnt fair.

Metroid meets Groundhogs Day. The game has awesome graphics and action, but gets super repetitive after an hour. Only 6 levels and pointless. Waste of 70 bucks, and as of now, no one is "buying back" or "trading in" this game. At this point I'm willing to take 20 bucks for it... IT SUCKS. I saw one review where a guy gave it 2 stars and everyone jumped on him like he was lying... THAT WAS THE ONLY HONEST REVIEW. The game looks and plays great, but that's where it stops. Lame story, and highly overrated. It'll be a free PS plus game on a year (or less)

This game isn't for me .There are no check points at all .it is like a parasite consuming your precious time ,to be honest not worth a dime !

Returnal is so much fun! Definitely worth it! Gameplay is amazing!

Absolutely, positively the most BORING PS5 game. I'm so sick of these poor quality Roguelike games that every company wants to churn out after the success of Hades. Hades is a fantastic game. If you want to play a great Roguelike game, go play Hades. Because this junk that SONY is pumping out ain't IT. If you like being BORED & feeling like you're wasting precious time & money then this game is FOR YOU. Because this game nails BORING in just about every conceivable way.

wish this came to ps4 and upgrade to ps 5 and I heard this game is big disappointment shake my head
