The on /off switch was awkward to use. The dryer blew hot and cold air but barely dried my hair and it didn't help style AT ALL. I ended up returning it in favor of a styling hot brush.

I actually found the styler awkward to use and don't even use it. Also when I opened the box the one attachment was broken.

This tool is amazing. It allows me to dry and smooth all at once. It gives me volume I have been trying to get from product. Plan to get one as a gift for my mom!
