The device seems to be well made it comes with a decently long cable which splits towards the charger and 3.5mm connector. The charger is a bit large and may require you press down on the prongs for it to slide in. However, because of that is fits snuggly and doesn't really have problems of being to loose and not getting power. Pairing is a smooth process as long as your mobile device is fairly new. If you don't have audio right away before turning up your connected speakers turn up the volume on your smart phone all the way up and then some more. Some cells do not recognize the devices complete volume. My OnePlus thought it only had 5 levels. After do that I suddebly had sound out of my speakers. Now I keep the Bluetooth volume close to max and control the volume via the radios physical knobs. The package also includes 2 additional Velcro pads to replace the one already on the adapter if necessary which I really appreciate. So if you seitch cars or have multiple you can utilize the attachment pads across them.

My college age son’s older car was sadly totaled thru no fault of his own. He had a very nice Bluetooth system installed. He ended up getting a 2009 Prius which has no Bluetooth and no way to add the system from his deceased car. It turns out there are VERY few options for older Prius cars that can be installed that are not very expensive. So I found this item as a temporary option and he was very happy with how well it works for his needs. Voice quality is good and easy to use. I am quite surprised how inexpensive it is but how well it works

Easy set up connects fast real easy to operate the mega bass feature is a plus

Does what I need it to do since I don't have bluetooth in my car. I like the fact that it has 2 usbA outlets and bass booster. I don't like the low buzzing sound I hear even when music is playing. I have to turn the music up really loud to drown the sound out.

Perfect upgrade to keep my 16yo eyes on the road and hands on the wheel... even allows her to play her music. Way cheaper than replacing the radio, and is well built.

I just love this bluetooth. I had to replace my car that had an awesome bluetooth receiver/radio in it due to an accident and the car I bought you can't change out the radio/receiver (it's an older car) so I bought a few other devices and wasn't happy with any of them and then saw this and winner winner chicken dinner!

the only draw back is the attachment of the mic is tape gets gooey if the hot sun and starts moving its way down with gravity

The Bluetooth worked great for six months, then today I plugged it into the car adapter and it did not work. The Bluetooth keeps blinking on and off. So I went out of my way to stop by best buy to see if I could get a new one, without asking me what was wrong with it first question did I buy the warranty my answer was no, next I was told that I would have to call the manufacturer to get a replacement or see if they can fix it. So what did I learn that BEST BUY was right I should go to the manufacturer to buy my new Note ultra 23, and the new watch, speakers, flip up screen stereo, also looked at stoves. Again you are right I will go straight to the manufacturer maybe they will treat their customers a little better, maybe ask me what is wrong with the product. Thank you for all the help with the things that I have brought from BEST BUY, and Thank you for letting me know to go to manufacturer. So me and my family will not shop there anymore, customer for 20 years..... ALL FOR 29.99. Only reason I want to that BEST BUY because you had a new one I could buy.
