We carefully followed instructions, but never could get the settings right. The IR only reached half way across our lawn. Couldn’t see a thing from the night videos. The WiFi to phone never did work well.

Returned for a refund.

I thought after giving the previous review on Dec 7, 2020 that the "thank you" batteries would arrive by now and I could give an detailed review. My order number is: BBY01-806389244803.

Posted .HI! I m sorry you have not received your batteries. If interested, you can always use the solar panel to not have to go through so many batteries.

No picture! No power Tried plugging it in with the power cord provided and still nothing!

Did not work correctly

The app for the product did not work at all. I was able to download a generic app and it worked-ish. I returned it to the store.
