Posted .HI! I m sorry you have not received your batteries. If interested, you can always use the solar panel to not have to go through so many batteries.

No picture! No power Tried plugging it in with the power cord provided and still nothing!

The app for the product did not work at all. I was able to download a generic app and it worked-ish. I returned it to the store.

However, upon trying to get the camera started and using the phone app, I found it very frustrating to setup. The Rexing support was insufficient as you cannot talk to an individual so only via e-mail. All they ever sent me was the manual which was several times. I'm still hoping I can get the camera to work and use it to its highest degree. My biggest frustration is the support or lack of support I received from Rexing.
