I was hesitant on spending $130 for a headset. This headset is honestly the best one I've purchased so far. I definitely recommend this headset, the quality of the product and sound is amazing. I love the fact its wireless.

I've had Turtle Beach and SteelSeries headsets and these are with out a doubt the most comfortable headphones with awesome sound quality. You can wear these for long play sessions and they stay cool and comfortable.

I've had this headset for a long time now, and it still works great. The headphones are extremely comfortable and it's easy to forget you are even wearing them. My only complaint is that the cloth padding around the ear pieces doesn't block out any outside noise. It is possible to hear outside noises just as well as if you weren't wearing the headset at all. For some, this may be a benefit, but for me I prefer to block out the outside world as much as possible and prefer that my headphones at least muffle outside noises.

I got the headset on clearance so the price was great (around $70). Things to think about before ordering, does your pc have a free optical port, this requires additional software to customize, it doesnt have much int eh way of head adjustment. I have a pretty small head and had to adjust it because it was giving me headache but there looks to be only 2 adjustments that can be made. Thing holds a charge like no other headset ive had before and give clear updates on power levels. theres probably settings i havent found on this thing yet

You can sit with these on for hours and feel nothing, no stress. And Dolby Atmos is included, it just I wish there were more content with it, but the future is bright for that. Get it!

these are pretty awesome, i have a bigger head and these are perfect. super comfortable to wear for an extended time and my ears do not hurt. great sound quality as well.

I have been using Plantronics headsets for business for a long time. Plantronics headsets are exceptional with quality and durability. I am surprised to see that they have entered into Gaming headsets as well. The RIG 800HD is a solid model to get into the gaming headsets space. I have used various gaming headsets before and RIG 800HD matched some models and exceeded expectations with some models. Setup was quick and easy and i was able to connect with my windows 10 PC quickly. The documentation provided in the box was not great and could have better with detailed steps. I have XBOX one and able to redeem the live code provided in the box. There is no special software is needed and it was plug and play. Windows 10 recognized and installed the drivers automatically. It is very comfortable to wear and has three stage size adjustment. The ear cups are padded well. It is very lightweight headset and only weights about ten ounces. I have used few times more than 4 hours and no issues on comfortability due to adequate ventilation around the ear pads. The swingarm microphone is a plus and automatically mutes when it in full retracted position. It is very cool design. The control buttons are easy to operate without taking the headset. RIG 800HD produces really great sound with solid bass reproduction. Mids are very clear and excellent experience during gaming, listening music and watching movies. I was able to use this headset in noisy environment and it performed really well. There are 4 onboard equalizer modes. Pure EQ delivers the unchanged audio from PC. Seismic EQ delivers extra bass and really good for games. Intensify EQ for highs and crisp sound. Focus EQ is more for music and movies. Dolby Atmos support is a great addition and i was amazed with sound quality in few games. Battery life is really good and i have used more than 12 hours and it used only 50%. I have started getting low battery notifications after 20 hours of use. The wireless range is really good and it works without any issues with the range of 25 to 35 feet. RIG 800HD is a excellent gaming headset from a reputed company who make excellent headsets for business. It is a good start with decent gaming headset and they will improve the quality of the headsets in near future.

I love this product. The most comfortable head set I worn. Sound is amazing for the price. Also free dolby atmos windows 10 app was a nice perk.

If you do IT support from home and want to be mobile around you the house thus the product for you! Battery time is excellent and clarity is the best!

The battery life is not kidding in this thing, if you even plug up after use you’ll never hear low battery. The Dolby atmos is superb!
