Love It! Easy protect to install and it does the job.

Nice but the volumen of the chime is very soft. One has to buy a Ring Chime plug so one can actually hear the Ring bell. I personally didn't figure this out until I bought it and missed. The separate Chime costs about 35 dollars.

The Ring Door View Can is a good product. My only complain is that you need to paid a monthly subscription to Ring for the storage of the camera videos.

This device is actually really good! Easy to install and set up, works as it should. However the only issue I found was the audio coming from the outside into your mobile device is hard to hear, kinda muffled and low.

I loved the fact that this camera fits in the peep hole but I had a glass door so it interfered with the motion catching abilities. I had to swap it for a ring 2.

Have a glass patio door in front and rather disappointed it won't pick up any motion at all through the glass door. My fault. Should've done more research

I bought this to use on my main apartment entry door. It has been great to see when packages get dropped off at my door or when maintenance workers stop by. There are plenty of customization options including the motion sensor sensitivity for when people walk by it.

I purchased this camera because I was having packages stolen, I live in an apartment complex and this works great installing in the Peep hole.. Very satisfied

The image quality is average, battery life is good, besides this the installation and setup is easy.

Super easy to install, motion detection and knock detection are amazing, and its also come with 30 days of a ring service that record every motion ... its only 3 dollars a month or something like that ...

Went through 2 Ring doorbells. Hardware issue w/ 1st one. 2nd had to setup guest network due to Ring not taking "special characters" in password. In this day, you SHOULD have a strong password, not just one that Ring can accept. Also, voice/speaker is garbled many times. Trying the Doorbell Pro now, but still brought disappointment w/ wiring up transformer @ 16v. Trying 24v to see if that solves issues.

This is my first ring product and perhaps the LAST ring product I will ever own. Initially I thought having a Ring - Door View Cam was a great idea as the concept was pretty good and mounting it to the door you don't have to drill anything. So far I am on my THIRD ring-door view cam as the previous two were defective and wouldn't turn on with the battery out of the box or even fully charged. I've called Ring customer service multiple times about the situation and the circuit cable is not damage in any way. The third ring I had actually worked but it then stop working after two days of use. The battery is fully charged and I even inspected the cable and even used the brand new cable it came with as a spare. I tried to go through all the trouble shoot and still it does not turn on. The idea was great but how the cable is exposed and can be potentially damaged in any way possible is such a poor design.

We rent so swapping the doorbell out was not possible. This gave me the ability to swap the peep hole for the camera. Feel safer with this when I am at work.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT HAD A RECENT BREAK IN AND THIS GAVE ME PEACE OF MIND KNOWING THAT I CAN SEE ANY MOTION AT MY DOOR AND TALK THROUGH THE DOORBELL EVEN WHEN IM NOT AT HOME.

While this may not seem like a glowing review, my mother has technology, so when continues to talk about "techy stuff" in a positive light just know it's a good product.

It is good item and very helpful but overpriced. Record events has to be for free not charged after trial.

Works great! Fairly easy to install. This is a terrific option if you don't have a doorbell. App on my phone works well too. I definitely recommend the Ring Cam Viewer.
