Audio will not work properly

I have been trying to make it work including having the Geek Squad look at it twice and changing my ISP after running a speed and strength tests to no avail. The video works well but not the audio. I want to return it but can't find the receipt to do so.

When it does capture let say a delivery man, it will start recording the back of the delivery man as he starts to walk away! Contacted customer service and they suggested removing the battery and restarting. What the heck kind of advice is that!

Even with the different fittings for the peep hole it did not work for me. Know that doors have different sized of peep holes. Ended up returning this product because it did not fit my needs.

I have the second highest tier of internet from comcast. The Ring device takes about 5 tries to actually connect. At times it's taken 8 tries before it will connect. The device is totally unreliable for connecting to the internet. I have a blink camera XT2 and 3 nest camera's and never once is their a connection issue. Also they aim the camera to high. I don't need a view of the sky. I want to see more of what's on the ground not the sky.

But, the notification is slow and while I can hear the person at the door, they CANNOT hear me, even when I am sitting in my study just 10 feet from the front door. I have even installed a RING WIFI extender to no avail. Not my WIFI, all else works GREAT. I have contacted RING and they give me useless suggestions. Other than the video which I can preview the doorbell for ME is about useless! all it does is eventually RING the bell!
