I installed 2 flood lights and I connected them with this tiny machine.

I was told I needed the bridge in order to operate my solar light. It was a cumbersome task of calling the ring support center, my carrier, returning & receiving another bridge but after a week, I finally got it to work. ring support was very helpful.

Works well for what it is supposed to do. Wish Ring would have told you that you needed this in order for the lights to work in the first place though.

Helps extend your range when house is over 1500 sq ft

I liked the Ring products so I was excited to get these. They were easy to set up. I installed 2 of the 3 floodlights I purchased. Within a few hours one disconnected from the bridge and then the other. After troubleshooting, I got 1 set back up. The other one never reconnected. Ring support never responded until I got an email to rate them and I rated them the lowest I could. They suggested putting the light closer to the bridge but it still didn’t work when the bridge and light were sitting right next to each other on the table. I plan on returning these and buying some more Arlo lights. And looking for a new video doorbell to get rid of Ring altogether.
