Purchased for my son as a Christmas present. He loves it. It was very easy to install. He was surprised by also receiving the Chime with it and said that it is a great addition so he doesn't always have to have his phone with him to know that someone is at the door. He is very satisfied with this gift.

I'm giving this 5 stars, because as far as I know, it's perfect, the only problem is that I didn't do my homework first, and it isn't compatible with the smart system I have in my house now, so I haven't been able to use it. Appears solid and sturdy though. Doesn't feel cheaply made or anything.

Bought This because Packages were stolen parodically, I got yelled at so I decided to install it. I like the peace of mind so it worked out. now I can tell who is at my door and can now the package thief retreated. Only thing is I have to charge it and I live in an apartment building so can't use the solar charger and I was will to by the Pro that has a removable battery.

Happy to have this! I know a lot more about my neighborhood. I didn't know people have been walking all over my property and walking over my grass every day. I'll be installing a new fence soon to stop the foot traffic. Neighbors also treat my grass/property like it is a dog park.

Very pleased with the Ring so far, very easy to physically install and the basic set up on the app was easy and pain free too. Having a few issues with parameters and the Ring picking up passing headlights at night. Some movement is intermittent but this could well be user error. Fine tuning is required and if I'm successful I will upgrade to a 5 star.

we love it not only it rings loud and we can hear it, but is connected to our phone and we can see every time somebody knocks the door and we are not in the house. for safety purposes we paid a monthly recording rate and it records all movements outside of our home

Great video quality crystal clear battery last a little over a week

Bought this for my neighbor who is 89 to use with her echo show. She can see her front porch while sitting in her chair. She can also let whoever is there it may take her a minute to get to the door. Gives her and myself peace of mind.

We bought this model to replace our original Ring doorbell that no longer would take a charge. The camera on the new doorbell is far clearer than our original model. My only complaint: the dogs still bark like crazy every time the doorbell rings, lol.

My sister and I are so happy we got this amazing product. We love the fact that we feel a little more safer when our packages are delivered but still don’t think it will stop a porch pirate. They just do care anymore. We love having it and being able on catching everything in front of the house. The Battery does last for a long time and does have a lots of features and setting so you can customize it to your own liking. A must have item for protecting around your home wherever you decide to install it.

Great product. Relatively easy/intuitive to set up. Love the app! Makes this very useful in our small office environment. Use the chime, set to alert on motion, as a notification that someone comes through the front entry, even if they don’t ring the bell.

Love it! Best purchase we've made in a long time. All of our family and friends kept bragging about their Ring Video Doorbell. Now we know why. Great security addition to our home. Plus we have Ring indoor and outdoor cameras as well.

I love having these on my doors. I live alone so it gives me a sense of security and allows me to see what's going on when I'm not there. I never even hooked up the chime because my Alexa is connected to the Ring so I get the alert that way.

A great simple and effective camera system. It’s very user friendly. Great camera quality with premium features like live view, motion detection, etc. The battery is long lasting too. Plus it informs you about what’s going on in your neighborhood.

Bought this and set it up easily with double sided tape. However, the permanent hardware is great for me when I finally chose the right location I wanted. Step by step was super easy and loved that I could add to other apps.

Let’s me know when someone is in the front yard. I get notices from Alexa in the bedroom and on my iPhone app. I also have a app for iPod that chimes. I can look and see if someone comes to the door. What picture and times,

Easy setup, I like having this so I can see who is at my front door (my door doesn't have a peep hole). Easy setup, great video quality, only issue is sometimes when it gives me a motion notification it doesn't open the video and times out. Has been a great peace of mind and addition to my home.

Love it, only downside is since our door is covered by porch we can use the solar charger. It runs out of battery prettywuick, pnly way batteries last longer is ifi lower the motion detection which then make the ppint of having the camera pointless since it misses events

We had a stranger knock on our door one night. We have a padlocked gate that the stranger jumped over. We were concerned. Now we have the “Ring. We are able to see the person and talk to them. Or we can call the police.

Great product and cheaper than other competitors. I would recommend Solar Panel for better battery life i get alot of motion activity and drai s battery quick. Also needs good wifi reception for good video quality.Would recommend Chime Pro if doorbell is far from Internet router.
