It was fairly easy to install. I am going to have to get the wedge so it captures pictures of whoever is at the door. Easy to define the detection area although I had to google the questions to find instructions. I wired it into an existing doorbell which was also easy.

Charge it on day one, I got so upset when it was dead after a day of use. I thought I charged it fully but I hadn’t. Easy to follow instructions, long battery life even with a lot of notifications and motion

It works great and hard wiring it keeps the battery fully charged. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the chat option with whoever is at the door to the app doesn't really work. Video quality night and day is great so the talk feature isn't a big deal.

The Doorbell worked great until I found out I could not switch batteries at will. Ring Tech guy told me that it could take up to 10 hours to charge fully. Nothing in the Ring info says that. So I am now going to have to buy a Newer model. The unit I got was sold as a 2020 model (should have been a clue) It was, but it was in a Gen 1 Case. You can tell by the 8 screws on the back. Check your YOUTUBE before you buy. My battery ran out off juice days after the return date. This would be great for an apartment where packages are delivered to office but not for Home on busy street.

As a younger woman living in a city alone, my loving 100lb watch dog was not enough. Previously I had alarm systems that didn’t not quit match all that ring can do. I love the app features as far as being able to upload and view neighbors posted live feeds of suspicious activity & it even tells of activity in my neighborhood (fires, police calls, etc). I am now looking to purchase even more ring products. Thank you & I recommend.

Looks great on my brick wall. Easy to install. And bought it for a great price. Picture quality is great. So clear. And it allows you to adjust the zones so your battery doesn't run down.

Best door bell ever! Great device, provides added security to my house. I didn't know what I was missing until I purchased the ring. Also the remote features are great. Just WOW!

Best bang for you buck, the chime works perfect and can be used literally anywhere in your home. Easy install on the doorbell along with the chime. Will recommend.

It works great I just hooked it up, but the motion detected works so well that while I'm sleeping I will cut it off bc I will be up all night because it detects all movement

Mrs. Claus put this is in Santa's bag for me for Christmas. Overall pleased. My kids think it's awesome. Had to turn the motion sensor alerts off because it was letting me know every time a squirrel farted in my across-the-street neighbor's backyard. Also the speaker volume on the outside unit is very low, and I haven't figured out if it's adjustable. People have to lean down next to the camera to hear through it, which means I get a nice shot of the wax in their ears. Overall, pleased with this Ring doorbell and I look forward to spooking my wife by dressing up in the black robe I ordered and standing on our porch at 3:00 in the morning!

I bought the solar charger for it to charge. It believe I will try to charge it every 6 weeks. It is perfect to communicate with and the quality is excellent!

I love this item. Chime not necessary as it rings to phone and echo device. Dont like having to remove to charge battery but it does last long and isnt hard to do. I just get nervous im gonna lose the screws. Picture is amazing!

Ring camera adds security to my home. Allows me to see and speak with people at my front door. Also enables me to save video of any motion at front door including deliveries.

Works well but have to pay $30 a year to see the videos. VERY disappointed I can't see the videos for at least 3 or 4 days without paying But it does give me peace of mind knowing I can see on my phone who is at the door especially if I am out of the house. I would recommend to someone if they are willing to pay the yearly fee.

This has been so far my favorite purchase. Very easy to set and having the confidence that your surroundings are being monitored is priceless. Highly recommended.

I love being able to see who is coming and going at my front doors. Being about to tell the delivery people to leave stuff on my porch with anyone stealing packages

Great product and super easy installation. The app takes a bit of getting used to, but once you calibrate your Ring doorbell, very little is needed to keep it working.

This is my new favorite thing. I love being able to monitor my house. I really like that I can answer the door whenever and wherever I am. Great tool for the home.
