My old door bell is situated upstairs and most of the time I didn’t hear it ring. This Ring door bell is WiFi connected and powered by batteries and its easy to recharge, but the battery lasts for a long time. The Chime just plugs into a room outlet which is in the downstairs kitchen, so I hear it now. The plus side to the Ring doorbell is the security features of audio and video which PCs be viewed from] anywhere on your smartphone or tablet. Easy to set up Andrew the price is very affordable.

Love this product. The picture is very clear, the notification sound is not annoying, the sound on the interface is great, and the item overall is very useful. Installation and set up were a breeze, and the subscription rate is very reasonable as well.

I love this Ring doorbell!!! It gives me a sense of security knowing who is at my door all the time. I work from home and sometimes when I get deliveries my original doorbell was a distraction during my calls. Now I can switch the doorbell on and off and even turn the volume down low on my Alexa echos so the doorbell chime is very low to where it’s not distracting me. I absolutely love the motion sensor that way I can let the delivery person know I see you, Thank You for my delivery, and they can be on their merry way. Good device to have!!

This is my first time get a ring camera I really like it so far I can see outside on my calls that it’s great view. Great quality I’m having a great overall experience with my camera inside and out. I would recommend this product to friends and family

I love our new door bell , the pics when someone is at the back door is great. I put the app on my phone and while at work I can look outside and talk to the dog it is so funny , she looks around trying to find me the stairs at the door bell

I've had this ring doorbell for about 2 months now and so far it's been great. I used to have the ring doorbell pro, which is hardwired only, and it would shut off at night when it needed to use the infrared. The reason for that was that it needed more electrical power, that supposedly my old doorbell transformer didn’t have. So I got this new doorbell because it is both hardwired and battery powered, and uses a trickle charge to keep the doorbell charged. Like i mentioned before, I'm going on 2 months with it and it's still showing 100% charged. At times it will go down to 70% charged, but later in the day it will go back to 100% (guess with the trickle charge). The picture is crystal clear both day and night and as far as I can tell, it has all the same features as the way more expensive doorbell pro. I would definitely recommend it.

Love this! You will need a chime box because your house doorbell will not work. I love being able to see whos at my door when Im not home or to know when a package was delivered. Also to be able to talk to someone through it when I'm not home. Great quality video and sound

I love my cameras. I like the fact it gives you different colors. I brought two one for the front door and one for the back door. The only thing with the version that I have is that I cannot see from heads of toe. It also gives you wires that you can recharge your battery in all the tools you need. but you have to bring your own bracket. Make sure you keep it with your wires and tools. I usually put it back in the box and then put it up in my kitchen somewhere. I brought two cameras. When it’s raining are very cold foggy you can forget about seeing anything clearly. The zoom in sometimes is OK.

Easy to install, please ensure you are comfortable and know how to disconnect low voltage circuits prior to installation. This is usually located in your utility room or closet. System works great and operates originally door bell flawlessly.
