Easy install and great picture. The chime is an extra bonus. Easy to install with the ring app

It works really well and is compatible with my iPods. As soon as someone comes to my door and I’m away from home, I get the alert. The picture is clear. The audio is clear as I’m also able to talk to the person at the door.

Very pleased works great. Works much than the google/Nest door bell I had that dropped video all the time. Also much easier to set up than google.

I purchased this product because of its sleek size, and the great deal of getting two items. After having the device installed, the picture quality is great, installation was easy and setup was easy as well. I am very pleased with the quality of this product as well as features that it is.

Easy to install and crisp pictures. Wish I had purchased a larger size Ring Video Doorbell. It has a limited vision, should have known there were no batteries so that when the power goes out you are at a loss of picture

Works great super easy setup. Picture is very clear. The app makes it easy to check who’s at your door and to look back at earlier recordings. The chime seems to have issues with staying connected to the internet but I think it’s our internet not the chime. Did purchase the power adapter because we didn’t have a c wire but had no issues with the setup at all. You can even wire it to ring through your existing chime, if you have one. All in all a great doorbell camera

This doorbell gets its power from the existing wiring. The instructions are good and there are some videos on how to do it on the RING web site. It is very easy to do with the given instructions. I also got 3 indoor cameras to cover my entire house. The RING app and instructions are good and it performs as advertised. The indoor cameras will detect movement and record through glass, so there is currently no need for me to install any outside cameras or accessories. Previously I had WANSCAM cameras, but that went down the tubes when I had to upgrade to Windows 10. Those old cameras were about $50 each, software not as good, support poor and resolution not as good. RING is an upgrade in every respect. For 10$/month I can upload vids to their cloud service. I also got a RING user AND veteran discount when I bought my indoor cameras which really helped out. What got me going on RING was that I needed a new doorbell and the cost of the RING door bell and wireless chime was $86 to my door step compared to a dumb push button along with another set of chimes which would cost~$20 for a button and ~$50 for the chimes +sales tax = $75. For an extra $11 I got the RING doorbell and wireless chime with all the recording and flexibility in answering. Ring gives you 30 days free of their $10/month plan so you can try it out. That and the discounts made me get the other 3 cameras. If I had strung out the installation of the cameras by 30 days each, I could of stretched the free plan out to 4 months and saved another $40. Since I figured that last bit out AFTER installing the other 3 cameras, I just put it out there for others. I am very happy with purchases so far and feel that when it comes time to replace/upgrade RING will be there. I am figuring technology advancements are comparable to cell phones.

Great product works really well alerts when somebody just walks by and the speaker works great for those homes that don’t have a doorbell

Our new house doesn't have windows near the front door so we needed this to see who was there. It was super easy to install. We had a Ring camera before at our old house but the upgrades are nice (AI tells you what the person detected is doing and you can choose your Chime sound).

This is probably the best Ring doorbell/camera and chime kit on the market and BestBuy puts it on sale a couple of times a year. I love it and have one on my front, back and shed doors so I can monitor who's walking around outside my house when I'm not at home. If you want the security of knowing who's there when you aren't, consider a ring doorbell/camera.

I like it ! The chime is great. The doorbell is petite. The camera shows a lot of the front of the house. Glad I bought it!

It's easy to install, setup using google for additional help to connect our internet provider. After installation, works great!

Good quality, smart pictures views and easy to install

This Ring doorbell is exactly what I need to see who is entering my home at the front door. The video quality is clear, and I really like the functionality of the app—it’s easy to use and reliable. The additional chime that plugs into an outlet in the back of the house is a great feature, especially when my phone isn’t nearby. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to others.

I had an alternative product for my door bell and it always doesn't connect to my internet and keeps dropping often so when someone rings a bell it would not work for a minute. Ring products are awesome. They connect instantly and this product detects actual people and can customize motion than getting unnecessary alerts for flies and light/car movements

Very happy. Easy to install and it works great. It works well with my echo too.
