This is a seminal film in the Western genre that sets the standard for decades to come. Great iconography and performances all around. They even got a great performance out of crooner Dean Martin and Teen Idol Ricky Nelson!

Fantastic movie, can't believe they have it on Blu-ray so I had to purchase it. The package arrived on time and in great condition.

Rio Bravo is one of the best westerns ever made. Howard Hawks directed this gem to perfection with great performances by the Duke, Walter Brennan, Dean Martin and a young Angie Dickinson.

What can I say.... this is one awesome western with the greats from the sixties John Wayne and Dean Martin in HD in Blu-Ray heck ya. Well worth the ten dollar price. Buy or die lol.

This movie is a must have for any western or John Wayne fan. The characters are engaging and believable and the music and singing is always an incredible asset to the action

My favorite two John Wayne movies are both basically the same films... rio bravo and el dorado. Love them both and was so happy to have found this one in the $5 DVD bin !!

Words can't describe this movie that went on to inspire so many imitations and directors. El Dorado will always be my favorite for personal reasons, but Rio Bravo is a super close 2nd.

One of John Wayne's best movies and a great supporting cast. Old time values and an excellent example of what westerns used to be. As my father would say, " a great horse opera."

I'm generally not into westerns; I'm into good storytelling. Rio Bravo fits that bill perfectly. John Wayne, Dean Martin, Ricky Nelson and the rest of the cast are very good.

What can you say but it's the Duke! Great Western movie a lot of good movie stars in this flick! They don't make them like the Duke any more! Long live the the Duke!

Buy this classic because of the all cast star line up to hear the voice hopefully will bring back good memories for the grand parents. Something to watch together.

Always a fan of this movie and others of John Wayne's. Also growing up a fan of all the rest of the cast brings me joy seeing the classics restored for blu-ray
