    Hubby is a western buff. John Wayne is one of the best in this genre. Movie shows well and is written well. Great western story and actors.

    A highly stylized western, from a time before westerns had to become socially relevant to modern times. Shares some of the plot and character themes of "High Noon" (outgunned law men, an unsupportive town) without being quite as grim.
