Nice to have the steamer but we haven't used it yet because we don't like to read directions. The regular rice cooker part works very well and is exactly the size we need. For $20, this is a good cooker, and if it lasts several years as the last one did, we'll be satisfied.

Great Rice Cooker, great value

Only issue is that the directions aren't very clear. But that's normal for most appliances. All in all, great rice cooker, great value!
