I just got it and used it few times and it definitely looked good so far. It mapped the house well and mopping is decent too.

I have had other robot vacuums from other manufacturers, and this one is far superior. This brand knows what they are doing and will not purchase from any other brand moving forward. They are worth the price, I wish I got the more expensive model with the self cleaning mop. You know it’s good when you would have preferred to spend more money!

I had some issues connecting Roborock to my wifi. I was thinking that I would need return but luckily got resolved with the help of Roborock support by turning off cellular on my phone. Roborock would have send that instructions. Other than it works great so far. I have not tried MOP yet but expecting that would great too.

I've had this for 1 1/2 years and still love it. The white doesn't leave marks on my baseboard. All of the parts are easy to clean and replace if needed. I'd buy it again. In fact, I'm thinking of buying another for our upstairs. The app is great. It actually works!

This robot vacuum works pretty well and does a good job avoiding obstacles. The app and mapping work very well, and it is very rare to have the vacuum fail to return to dock. Pretty pleased with the purchase so far.

This does create on carpet and floors. You can control the suction levels as well. It is well worth the money especially for daily maintenance of larger homes, I plan on buying another one for the second level but in the meantime it will work on two levels, once they are mapped out. It will clean and attempt to return to the last known position of the dock on that level.

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I also deal with allergies and this is a best purchase ever. Picks up all pet hair and also mops floor that are not cover with rugs

I have to admit that at first I was skeptical but after buying the Q7 I am in love with it!!!! I am a firefighter so I am gone every third day and I set a schedule to clean my house and come home to beautiful dirt free floors!!!

Roborock works better than my shark vacuum. I like the mop feature. In the beginning, it was leaving streaks but now it's not as bad.

Unfortunately this vacuum gets stuck pretty easily in anything but low carpet, and the emptying mechanism got clogged and didn't work properly about 80% of the time. The real kicker was that it also doesn't work with 5GHz wi-fi (it's a bit outdated even when updated) so you can't map the rooms or set a schedule with the app or anything. I ended up returning it.

Amazing! We have 2 large dogs who love playing outside and they bring in lots of first and pine straw. This little thing vacuums and mops amazing! Saves us so much time

Amazing cleaner, way better than roomba. Very precise, i like the app too you can control the vacuum power and waterflow of the mop

We have a German Shepard who constantly sheds. This little machine has made all the difference.

Love it! Sweeps up the dog hair and dust, vacuums about 1200 sq feet then empties and recharges!

This product works really well, it navigates around obstacles and cleans spaces pretty efficiently.

This was our first foray into the robotic vacuums, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. This vacuum had all the features we wanted and they all function very well.

We have a smaller space, and this vacuum/mop works extremely well with the workload and tests we put it through with our messes, would definitely reccomend

Quieter than expected. Smart with the 3d map. As we already had an Roborock i've got pleasantly surprise how quiet it was versus Roborock 4.
