Great robot vacuum and mop combo for the price. highly recommend.

I’m very happy to use this vacuum that has perfect functions to clean my home! My next vacuum would be roborock vacuum!;))

Loved it, if you have pets this is a must. My house is always clean

It’s been 5 weeks, and haven’t been easier before. Covers all areas, self cleans.

So far so good. We just purchased this about a month ago. It is a loud and misses a few corners so we’re having to run it twice. It connects with Alexa and works well with commands. We’ve named it Jarvis.

So far I really like it. I haven't used the mop function yet, but the vacuum seems pretty powerful.

Is excellent product, we are happy with this purchase, highly recommended.

So far I am very pleased with the app and vacuum. We have an old Roomba, and it's bigger than that, but I'm not too surprised. I need to do a tutorial of the app since it can do so much! I have already added sections for it not to go into (where we have our train and Christmas tree). We have not tried the mop yet.

Loved robot vacuum very easy to use but days after owning it it stopped working. LiDAR sensor stopped working and had to return it

Don’t like that my floor has streaks and doesn’t pick up as much. I still have to sweep

Not being able to see the actual product on display at Best Buy before our purchase it was not evident that the product had extremely small (1_cup) water capacity for the mop function to work adequately. As such, we returned the product to them purchase another more expense Roborock machine that will meet our cleaning requirements. This another example of buying a product without seeing and touching out before hand only to find ut that it does not meet your needs. Another very valuable lesson learned.

It cleans well but when you need to mop its a mess. It leaces your floor dirty ans its not worth the price

Never had a problem with roomba. Robotock doesnt seem to be able to connect to wifi

The mapping is not done properly and the vacuum is very poor

Hoping to save others some time as I had to do a lot of exchanging. Look at Roborock S7+ (not currently at Best Buy) or the top of the line which is at best buy. Otherwise have to mop on separate run.

Does not connect to all wifi. Supports only 2.4gz wifi connections. i have a 5gz. best buy will not return the item either because its not their fault that it is advertised by Roborock. Do not purchase this vacuum. I'm now out over $500.00

After a few months the robot malfunctions and it stops working

I was mislead to believe this $869 robot avoids pet poop when sweeping & mopping. Its competitors are guaranteed to avoid poop. The Roborock Q7Max smears is around the house, sucks it into its dustbin, filter & docking station! I contacted Customer Service after its second fecal smearing episode and was told, “ We are so sorrry that Q7Max doesn't support the feature of obstacle avoidance so it did not avoid the pet waste.” I’m returning it and getting an iRobot Roomba for their P.O.O.P. guarantee so I don’t spend days cleaning poop out of the robot’s nooks & crannies, scraping robot poop smears off all the floors in my house then sanitizing everything! If you don’t have pets this robot cleans & mops impressively well.
