Does great job cleaning for a robot vacuum and mops well doesn’t leave streaks behind. Automatically detects carpet and raises the mop also very easy to setup and manage through the app.

I am happy with the purchase. Works really well for everyday cleaning and mopping. I have an infant and a toddler and there is always food on the floor. I have been running it almost every day after dinner, and it does a pretty good job of picking up all the food and mopping the floor clean. It's also very easy to change the dirty water and add fresh water. Does a good job with sensing toys and furniture around the house. Would definitely recommend it for families with young kids. It takes off a chore from our list.

I started with a Neato and then swapped to Roomba for the self cleaning roller features. That finally gave out. Swapped to Roborock this time since i had went through 2 roombas due to weird errors with shadows. I was hesitant about the mopping feature since too many features means more room for failures in my mind. But honestky this thing is great! I have 4 dogs, black lab, pitbull and 2 long hair frenchies. When i use my shark standard vacuum i hardly pick up any hair. The roborock is getting so much of it. And its AI detection for obstacles (puppy presents) is amazign. At most it got caught on some cords but that was my fault. The app is definitely more intricate than the other brands. Took me a couple days of messing around on it to figure it out perfectly. It doesnt have a bin full indicator but if you create the routines to go room by room it will redock and empty the bin between cleaning the next room. Its totally worth it.

Our house's floor has never looked better. We run this guy at least 2-3 times a week and he leaves the carpet & vinyl looking perfect. Any time he needs something, like more water in the water tank, he pings our phones to let us know. Real easy to take care of this guy. At the same time, the voice control functionality is abysmal. Why is this on by default? Why can't I turn it off? I have never once said to myself, "You know what's too hard? Opening an app and pushing a button." The voice control is fake convenience that often is more frustrating than just pushing the button to vacuum. And more of a fair warning than a complaint, if he runs upstairs, you will hear it "THUD" across the floor repeatedly as the mop pad (I assume) slams against the floor. It cleans really well, but you should probably wear some headphones.

An impressive machine and it works really well given the minimal instructions. The robot performs well cleaning area it should an and mopping has been adequate. The cleaner is quite noisy, though, especially when vacuuming carpet. I feel the mapping system could benefit from being editable on a desktop to provide more accuracy. Being only available on a phone, gives the system a feeling of vulnerbility even though maps can be backed up. The absence of an instruction manual is mystifying, though, perhaps explained by the large number of Roborock models.

What a wonderful robot. Mopping, vacuuming and more!? This is the best machine I have ever purchased. Worth every penny! If you're second guessing if you should make the purchase... do it! You will not regret it one bit.

had my eye on this for awhile since we have mostly hardwood floors n area rugs on our 1st floor. Really wanted to have the vac n mop combo in 1 unit especially with 2 toddlers in the house. i have high expectations for these things and i was still blown away by this unit!! i had an irobot unit for last 3-4yrs n this thing is SOOO more advanced n does a better job! it navigates very well around a variety of furniture, walls, toys, etc… JUST AMAZING!! the voice activation is great too after dinner time you just say “Hey Rocky clean the kitchen” n it comes out and does its job! feel like i gained so many hours back in my life to do better things than constantly vacuuming n scrubbing the floors. love how it says what its doing so you know why its doing what its doing, like itll know it needs to clean the mop mid-cleaning n itll say “Going to dock to clean the mop” or “Brushes are clogged, check the brush” stuff like that… instead of my older unit that would just stop or do something different but i had no idea why. Recommend this product 100x’s over, especially if you have hardwood floors that you feel like youre constantly cleaning. this thing helps gives you some freedom back!!

I absolutely love this robot vacuum! The 10,000 Pa suction power is insanely strong — it picks up everything from dust to pet hair, even deep in carpets. The FlexiArm side brush is genius, reaching into corners that most vacuums miss. The mopping feature is just as impressive — it leaves my floors spotless and streak-free. This is hands down the best cleaning device I’ve ever owned. Totally worth it!

I am very happy with my Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It cleans the floors perfectly and much better than I expected. The vacuum is quieter than I thought, which makes it very comfortable to use. If I had known it would make my life this easy, I would have bought it much earlier.

Works like a charm. Expensive, but worth every penny. App is easy to use. Love the mapping capability and the mop does fine on our engineered wood floors. Just remember to do regular maintenance on her filter and clean dirty water dispensers.

Picked this up on sale and I got to say if you’ve ever thought about getting one of these this is it. I’ve had it for roughly a couple months and the cleaning is great. Picks up dog hair no problem mops where it’s supposed to. App is great and pretty intuitive to the point you can pick which way your flooring is laid to keep streaks away and it does that well. I’ve looked around for a robot vacuum for forever and the mopping is definitely a great bonus. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Hope this review helps anyone that’s thinking about spending the money. It’s definitely worth if you can get it on sale!

Excellent vacuming and mopping. Easy maintenance. Maps the house, does not get stuck like my old robo vacum. Surprisingly quite too. Very nice remote features too, control it when away and turn on camera too remotely.

This robot vacuum is amazing and does a great job so far on my carpet and hard wood floors. The mapping only took minutes to do my whole first floor and it was really accurate for only doing one pass. The features on the app are great, it takes a bit of getting used to, but once you figure out where you need to go, it is informative and easy to use. I really like that it agitates the mop pad while cleaning because I feel my other robot vacuum lacked. It is really well packaged and easy to set up. Would highly recommend. Would also wait till Black Friday again to purchase. Got this at a great price for all the features.

I have had my roborock for a bit now and run it about 3-5 times a week. This machine is WILD! It mapped my house flawlessly, it never gets stuck where my roomba j9 would daily. The machine runs, cleans and empties itself with minimal maintenance and actualyl cleans the floors. Excellent product for the money and great at keeping up with pet fur between weekly vaccuming with my kirby! My floor have never looks better.

This is my second one. It cleans very good but has issues if the mop scrub basin isn't cleaned more than once a week. (The 1st one's scrub brush got jammed and wouldn't clean the mop anymore). Still the best one on tge market for a house with 4 dogs. Easy setup, however, I feel the app could be a bit more intuitive.

Little pricey, but smart, quiet (big improvement), use little water/chemical, and do better job than some maids. It can reach tight places like under the beds and tables. Best robot in compare with others that I've owned before.

It works well but don't expect it to actually avoid pet messes. Still 4 stars because they replaced my until for free after it ran over a rogue poo and redistributed it all over my living room.

Purchased this at a great price on Black Friday. Took a few mins to setup the WiFi and got it map out the floor and clean the first day. It did a great job the first time, subsequent cleaning cycles seem to miss spots for some reason. It's a great addition to the home. I set it to clean as soon as everyone leaves in the morning! Taking off a star coz the water tank needs a refill every 3-4 days and not as in the description.
