I'm really enjoying this headset, the sound is great. The reason for four stars is because I don't think the range is what they say it is.

So I went in this not really expecting a lot from Roccat. But these surprised me. First the bad. It slides off your head due to low clamping force, it’s only wireless, the microphone quality isn’t great, and the software always seems to update everyday. The good. These are amazingly comfortable even with glasses, charges with USB-C, the dongle isn’t the size of a flash drive, and it can work with the PS4 and Nintendo Switch (docked only) along with your PC. If you can get this on sale that’ll be money well spent for sure.

Really great headphones. I bought this for my wife to use for her job. She gets calls nd needed something wireless with good sound. She loves them, only complaint is they will turn off if no one is talking to her. She has to remember to turn the on if a call hasn't come through in awhile. Otherwise, no other issues.

Long battery life, customizable colors and quality sound. What more could you ask for. The only real con I could give would be the update process takes a little bit of thought and attention to detail, so not very seamless. Overall for the price best wireless headset on the market in my opinion.

I got these for my husband because he needed a new pair and he loves these! Honestly the battery life is surprisingly long and will last him weeks plus the rgb is fine. The only downside is we don’t see a way to program the rgb. The sound is crisp and the mic works perfectly.

Works well. Battery line sufficient. Microphone has nice settings to adjust the gain. Sits on my son's 9 year old head for Zoom schooling, fits him great - both weight and overall fit. Audio quality is superb, we're not audiophiles, but the quality is really great to us.

I love these! The swarm software it uses allows you to tweak the sounds to give yourself an advantage in FPS games, such as amplifying footsteps. The comfort is 5/5, as well as the build quality. These gaming headphones feel top of the line.

Wasn't sure about the headset as I hadn't heard of Roccat before but there's a few well known personality Youtube creators that use Roccat exclusively, so I took the chance. I have NOT regretted it! This headset is awesome! Fits snuggly - but not too tightly and doesn't get loose as plastic would. Installation of the software and drivers was fairly straightforward, and I didn't have to fight Windows10 to get it to make it my default audio input and output source. Also, the 7.1 surround is awesome! And it works perfectly with a mobo with 7.1 surround. I had a bit of an emotional experience while listening to a true surround vid on youtube... I'll most certainly be buying this headset again in the future and suggest it to others looking for a quality headset under $100 (well it was $107 total but you get the point). Great all around headset!

I am new to P.C. gaming and bought these to finish my setup. They work very well sound is very clean with plenty of base. Fit comfortably for several hours. Maybe around hour 3 they may start to become a tad uncomfortable not enough to complain.

PING sound when they auto adjust or if you move

These have good sound quality, not as good compared to my previous Sennheiser headset, but good enough. My last headset was open, there were slits on the outside so I could hear what was around me much better. I like hearing what's outside of my headset and not feeling like I'm enclosed in something. I like the fact I can hear myself live with the microphone, but it isn't as good as an open-style headset. With the Windows microphone feedback setting, it isn't live; however this headset with the Swarm program is. The main downside to this headset is the auto adjusting feature, which I thought would be great. The top support is metal, which in turn means any movement you make has this metal creaking sound that is amplified because it's literally over your ears. Any time you move and the headset slightly re-adjusts, you hear a 'ping' and it gets annoying. And I mean less than a mm of adjustment. I will give them credit though, there is absolutely no delay in audio, I've done tests and can see no noticeable delay between video and audio. At first I had issues with it not connecting or settings getting reset in the software, but as I write this I haven't had any major issues besides the slight annoyances.

I have had the Elo 7.1 Air game set for just over a week. It was simply installed and the quality is excellent. I have a wide range of other headsets and I can say that this match up to most high-end headphones such as Bose and Jaybird. I held back one star because of the lack of directions to install the controller software. A great value overall and the quality is excellent. I would purchase these again and tell others to buy these.

After reading many reviews, I bought this product and was not disappointed. The software that is downloaded with it allows for cool, custom features that even allows the user to customize what you hear and how you sound. It is a bit bulky, but the design feature is perfect for my glasses for when I game and it is comfortable as well.. My first wireless gaming headset ever and was a great Christmas gift!

These headphones worked fine for the first 3-4 months. The sound quality is up to par with competitors and the RGB effects are cool. It's not particularly comfortable, but I would take it over a Wal-mart off-brand. However, after initial use, my audio frequently crackles and cuts out. Initially, I thought the issue could be the transmitter/receiver, so I tried updating the drivers (side note, Swarm is a pretty terrible UI) and making sure nothing obstructed my headphones and dongle. That did nothing. I tried playing exclusively in wired mode, and the crackling noises and audio cut-offs still continued. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works, Sadly, I am retiring my Roccat Elo 7.1 just over half a year after purchase. Pretty terrible value when you compare the price tag to how long it actually lasted.

What it comes down to, you get what you pay for. Headsets nice, sound quality is good. Software is iffy, caused my computer to lag shortly after update. My mic cut out and had to reset my headset to get it to work. Friends said my voice cut out. I’ll be returning and buying something new.

Love the sound system, comfortability of the headset, and it cancels out surrounding background noises pretty well. The store is nice and you can mess with the color lighting on the side!
