I had no problem installing and it sure is much easier to pull wires from the back of the receiver! It really cleans up the installation and makes for ease of use.

All my life, I have done the traditional way of splicing the wires, twisting them, and then wrapping them around the plugs. With these banana plugs there is no cutting and they are very easy to attach to the speaker wire. don’t worry about the wire pulling away from the plugs. There is no way that can happen. Highly recommended.

If this is your first time terminating banana plugs there is a learning curve, I feel like once you understand the concept ( the needle is meant to puncture the inside of the casing creating optimal contact with the copper wiring). a lot of banana plugs seem to go about that termination differently. I was actually going to return these because I had bought another brand of banana plug, however is 16 gauge wire had a much thicker casing then 14 gauge wire I was using previously. These are working perfectly. I say perfect because it plays what I need to hear I'm not really hearing any distortion from the naked ear
