Finally a HDMI Switch which works with current gen consoles etc without any form of hiccup between switching devices. I refused to go online route with other HDMI switches in case they did not work the way I expect. It does not require restarting any of the devices, you just need to switch the devices with the remote. It works flawlessly. The design and build quality are top-notch. Score Reasoning: I only gave it a 4/5 star because it does not automatically switch devices (you will need to use the remote it comes with), it only recognizes my Apple TV when I turn it on without requiring switching. It does not work well with my gaming pc, but works perfectly with the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Also one of the HDMI ports is in the front, hate the design choice.

Rocketfish is a solid brand thst makes solid equipment. This took about 1 minute to set up and i was good to go. It works perfectly everytime i go to use it and bonus e-arc works with this as well. A couple of nice features you wont notice right away: the front of the box is a touchpad so you dong need the remote to switch inputs, just press the number. Also there is a port on the front for last minute additions. Worth it. I compared this to a cheaper product and am much happier i did not cheap out on this.

I’ve been using the Rocketfish 4-Port 4K 60Hz HDMI Switch for a few weeks now, and it’s been a total game changer for my home entertainment setup. With multiple devices like a gaming console, Blu-ray player, and streaming box, I was constantly switching cables—until I got this. Setup was incredibly easy—just plug and play. It supports true 4K at 60Hz with no lag, and the picture quality is crystal clear. I haven’t experienced any signal dropouts or flickering. The remote control is responsive and makes switching inputs seamless from the couch. Plus, the build feels solid and premium. If you’re looking for a reliable HDMI switch that delivers great performance and ease of use, this Rocketfish model is a top choice. Highly recommend!

Easy to set up and use. Simple switching between inputs, nothing fancy but gets the job done. I grabbed it open box + on sale so it was def a great value at that price. Full price would be a bit much

My TV is older and only has 2 hdmi ports. Since I got a ROKU I had to pull something out to use my Blu-ray player. So with my bday discount in hand I went into the store to see if they had something to solve my problem. This gadget works great. The tiny remote only works sometimes (that's why I gave it a 4 not 5) but since the unit sits in front of the TV I just push a button and I don't have to get my daughter to switch things in back for me anymore. I love it!

Just hooked up my Rocketfish hdmi switch. It took all of 5 minutes. I have my Samsung tv, Sony blu-ray player and my Xbox One S all plugged in. Did not need the fourth port. I tried the remote and it worked fine, but I do not need it since I have a Logictech Harmony 665 that I use . Yes, it also controls the Rocketfish hdmi switch that I just got. I tried everything and all work as they are supposed to. Everything turns on and shuts off. I would advise you to get this if you are looking for a 4 port hdmi switch. Hope it keeps working just as it is.

Bought this to replace an HDMI switcher product that has a whole interface built in, but it died of old age. (The old one had voice search across all the platforms, universal remote, on-screen UI that lets you program in each source, then pick it by name, etc.) This Rocketfish Switch Box is very basic. Easy to set up - just plug the sources into the inputs and send the output to the TV. Comes with a little remote to select the source (tiny, might be easy to lose). When I first set it up, my Roku and DirecTV boxes were throwing error codes about protected content. Turning the switcher off and on fixes the error, but it still happens occasionally and it’s a pain to have to do it. Especially since it sometimes sits on a black screen for quite awhile before the input source fires up on screen. (Maybe 15 seconds?) Also, the Roku has been freezing up regularly since installation, which is really a pain. Conclusion is that it does perform the intended function in a basic, yet klunky way, with mixed results. Not sure it is the long-term solution we need.

This switch works the best out of all of them that I have tried for 4K HDR and I've tried many. Most don't handle it well at all, especially the handshake. The only issue I've been having is when connecting my PC to it with 4K HDR it will allow me to switch to the input, but if I switch away from my PC and then back to it again it limits my PC resolution to 1024x768 until I reboot the switch and then it's back to normal again.

This is a decent HDMI switch when it is on sale. The only problem is with the remote, it won't work with the unit. As noted in other reviews. Rocketship and BestBuy are aware of this and have no solution to the problem. I switch it manually and have no problem. I would not pay full price.

I had heard from some reviews, that this didn't work correctly with the PS4 system... I have had this now for roughly a month & it continues to work perfectly with the PS4 in one port, and the Xbox One X in another!!! For those who might have had issues with their PS4, the only thing I can say that maybe I have done differently, is that the PS4 cable that comes with the system isn't that great of one & I had purchased a higher end one roughly 6 months prior to buying this... maybe that's the cause, so I highly recommend if having that issue, but a high quality 4k HDMI cord hh replace the one that came with your PS4 system... as for the Xbox One X, that cord is already a higher end one & shouldn't need anything better. Before anyone asks... I'm using this with our 65 inch 4K Visio TV... not that that should make any difference tho. Hope this helps answer any concerns... good luck to you all with your switch! Oh... & the ONLY problem I have with this 4 port Switch... is the dang remote is way too cheap!

Simple and easy to set up. The wall mounting option is great. I took away one star for the remote. You can press buttons until you're blue in the face, and it does nothing. Also, it's a little pricey compared to what you can find on Amazon.

Worth buying the higher end one for sure. Super easy to set up and control.

It does what I expected! My TV only has two HDMI inputs (one is used for my satellite receiver) and I had a need for three more inputs. This switch box fits the bill. It works perfectly. It was very easy to install!

I purchased this as we had a lot of HDMI products that needed to be connected to a TV that had only 2 HDMI inputs. This product was easy to setup. The only 2 things I find a pain is that there is 1 HDMI input on the front so you'll have to position it a certain way so that all the cables don't bend the wrong way. Especially if you are the type that likes to keep all the products neatly seen. The other issue is that the remote is picky when pressing the buttons. I can press on the number I want active but it won't register with the switch at all times. Not a deal breaker for me. But you can press the buttons on the switch itself and it'll work just as good. This comes in handy if you lost the small remote. Overall, I'd buy this product again for one of our other TVs.
