I bought one for my nikon j1. The first one, sadly, did not stay on. Unfortunately I didn't try it out until it was past the return policy so I ended up just tossing it. I don't know why but I bought a second one with my rewards certificate and that one worked. It's a but difficult to put on. Quality seems ok. It's cheap and that's pretty much the selling point.
