The packaging was not damaged which also was a very big plus for me along with great customer service

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are the best, the sound quality made me 65 inch tv loud omg, i bought sony surround sound and it came with the Rocketfish, but theirs was thin small, and my surround sound didnt come on so i thought i put it in wrong, which was easy, all you gotta do is put 1 side in back of tv and other side in sound bar, but still no sound, So when i went to best buy, sales associates told me to get this one rocketfish 4 and i did exact, my tv came on together with soundbar and omg was i at the theaters, this right here made my soundbar and tv loud loud, and he did say these are the best, so thank you best buy
